you are saying one eye is cloudy and the other not?
if so...could be a form of Keratitis (cloudy eye).
and if this is the case, i wonder if the pups had (Ophthalmia Neonatorium). which is conjuctivitis of the newborn.

there is a chance permanent damage has been done already.

why must it be a puppy from this litter?
did you find out anymore about this breeder?
I am still finding it very hard to believe that a breeder would not have noticed anything wrong with the pups eyes.
Makes me wonder what else they have not noticed.
