Hi all I was amazed at Buddy bought the back pack for him yesterday put it on him once in the house,This morning I filled 2 quart plastic bottles half full put one on each side put it on Buddy.Off we went on the scooter walk he acted like he has wore a pack for years just looked around once or twice when the water sloshed inside. I do think the back pack helped tire him out he actually laid down & took a nap in the house stopped that pacing he does. Going up the side walk a 18 wheeler went by blew Buddy's Cool Whip bowl out of the scooter basket,coming back down same side walk I did get to retrieve it in the pack it went.
Went to the vets Buddy weighs 90.5 pounds is either 29" or 30" at the shoulder is 14 months old.???
Patches lost a pound was 14# now 13# so she is headed in the right direction.
Oh whom ever said Buddy would soon talk about the scooter was right on I was getting the scooter out he started whining,talking wanting me to hurry up.He may be disappointed in the morning suppose to rain.

You all let me know if you get tired of hearing about the scooter I'm just very happy to be able to walk my dog again, still have not figured out how to take Patches too yet.
That's great that you're able to get out and walk Buddy. I'm sure he appreciates it. And that's what the Cool Whip container is for. I wondered when I saw the pic of it in your scooter. I thought maybe you had just gone shopping...LOL
Coo Whip bowl is for Buddy to drink his water out of it is light and it works,one of these years i may get him a fancy fold up bowl but buying the scooter did me in with my finances.

awww thats great backpacks are so cute! Make sure you give him a nice massage after to keep all his muscles and joint healthy if he is going to be carrying that on his back more often
Awesome! Sounds like he's getting some good exsercise in. I can imagine how nice it feels to be able to get out and walk to dogs. I would try to teach Patches to use the basket if It's big enough.

Wow that is great! He is getting to be a BIG dog very quickly!! Good luck and just remember he is still growing so don't put to much stress on those young bones to fast. No drag races!LOL
