It absolutely frustrates me that in this day and age such a blatant puppy farm is allowed to exist, let alone able to be sold to a new buyer. This is absolutely atrocious, I remember coming across this wanker's website where you can purchase a puppy no questions asked over the internet (no details of the breeding of each litter either) when I first started looking for a breeder of dobes here in Aus :hammer:

Isn't there some kind of way of reporting it? Or is it a Kimbertal style place where the authorities can't do anything cause the facilities are clean and the dogs are fed  ?

Unfortunately, in this country there is no law to stop them as long ad they have enough space (thankfully they can't keep them in airline crates as I've heard some places over there do, it has to be a bit bigger), and kept clean.
There is apparently a new law coming for that state limiting litter nos and number of breeding dogs (this one has downsides like turning over breeding bitches), so that may be why he's selling
