I'm leaning more toward Doberman mix due to head, ear set, and chest...but hell, she could be a warlock dachshund for all we know.

The body looks very houndy to me. Not as deep of a chest as a dobie. The mouth and jaw looks more like a hound too. Ears are huge! Black on the tip of the tongue. Tail does not curl as much as a dobies does (in that picture anyway).

I'd say coonhound mix....those ears plus the body. Whats her bark sound like? I've found that even in mixes that hound bark/yoddle usually comes through pretty strong.

Ivan's ears aren't that long nor that shape. Looks like her ears are almost touching the ground in that one photo. Ivan's would be half that long. Ivan's also are more triangle shaped at the end. Her's are rounded.

I looked at a ton of coonhound puppy and adult pics and just didn't see it, or maybe I'm just bad at this game, lol. I have no idea what she sounds like. The finder is getting ready to take her to the shelter but reached out to our Dobe rescue first.

She looks pretty hound mixy to me, but she could just be a dobe/hound mix.

She's a really beautiful dog, either way.

I knew a coonhound at daycare that looked exactly like her. Next to our natural Doberman, she looked like she could have been a Doberman mix, but she wasn't.

Everything about her screams hound to me. If she is a mix, my guess would be BT coonhound x another hound, maybe TW or something.

This is a good representation of the breed. It's easier to find a poor representation, which is probably this girl's case.

For me, the way her lips curl up when she is panting is what convinces me she isn't a Doberman.

Ear set and length may not be typical or to standard if she's poorly bred. There are plenty of Dobermans that are Dobermans in spite of not looking much at all like the standard.

I think her ear set and length resembles this girls, as well as her front and overall body type.

I could be wrong but she looks like a hound mix to me. Very houndy. Her head/face, ears, body type...she looks like a million other poorly bred hounds I've seen.

I'd say coonhound mix. I had a B&T coonhound. I see that dog as a hound mix not a doberman mix. The question to me is what is that coonhound mixed with LOL LOL. ?

I vote for Coonhound, also. A lot of the hunting-bred coonhound ears aren't as long as a show line dog. She might also have some kind of Cur in her.

We are trying to get in touch with a coonhound rescuer. If no one steps up the finder is taking her to a shelter. She was found on a deer lease so it would make more sense that she is part hound!
