She's still young so I wouldn't be concerned about one flopping, you might want to look through this thread where people post if they can help with ears. If you don't see anyone in your area on there, and this is a big assumption on my part, I believe IDR+ has a lot of people in the Chicago area, and they might be able to give you a hand. Also check out the posting how to sticky because posting really is easy to do and you could learn!
