If you told us who the dog is then maybe we could tell you who the person is. I'm guessing who the dog is, so I think that might be Al Martin. Although I am definitely not sure of my guess.

Val Mar was located in Quitman GA, the couple that ran this was quite old when got my first dobie from them in 1978. i tried to reach Tom Valseck back in the mid 90's and was told that he passed away. Hope that helps. Great dogs, Spike the main stud was an amazing dog.
