Yesterday was my 4 month alices first horse show. I got stopped by over 50 people not an exaggeration telling me how beautiful she was and asking how old she was and telling me how big her feet were and that she would be huge. one woman even hung up on her husband to ask me about her the preceded to ask me for my breeders number then had me take a photo of her and send it to her husbands phone. and i had another whole slew of people tell me there dobes were at home and came to the conclusion that everyone who owns a horse has a some point owned a dobe.. sorry so long just was a proud dobe parent moment

they are like horses the woman who owns my horses stud ( who also has 2 dobes) yesterday was joking about having a hunter in hand or some similar class for all the dogs at the show ;)

I'm a horse person and obviously a doberman person too :) A lot of my horsey friends are familiar with dobermans too and love them. I see a lot of similiar attributes between horses and dobes...maybe that has something to do with it ;)

We should host a dog show but where they compete in horse classes ex. Hunter in Hand. Halter, Trail, Hunter Jumper, Pleasure.

That's great! I love days like that. Always makes us feel good when people are in awe of our dogs. :)

Horses and Dobermans definitely do seem to go hand in hand for some reason. A lot of the Doberman people I know either are involved with horses or were at some point.
