Actually I researched it as it does say that the one has been tested for elbows and hips. Not just elbows. Elbows tested NORMAL and hips tested GOOD on March of this year.
However as it does not mention the mother being tested, and I was unable to find her in the database, or any other tests for the sire, I would look into that before getting serious with them.
In addition I don't like the looks of them with letting the pups go that early. And no remarks on doing the ears. It looks like the customer is more or less on their own after they pay for their puppy. Not really a good sign. Especially if problem crop up later down the road. You will want a breeder that is going to have your back and be there for to help.
All and all, I'd have to suggest no.
