At that age, they still have small bladders. I believe I was told by some one that the age in months plus 1 = the amount of time they can hold it. So 7 hours is along time for them to not go. At that age, i fed her around 6pm and no water after 9;30 pm. She would go out one last time at 11 pm. She would go thru the night, most of the time, until 7am the next morning.
