For starters I would just like to address the problem I have with my mini pin mix dog. He likes to hump simba every now and then, and there both males! What can I do!?

Also I believe new pics of Simba are way past overdue! Here's some pics of my beautiful 10 month old puppy!!

Here is my small dog Shaggy trying to hump Simba! I separated them after the pic.

Here's the two bonding!

Here is ol Sim at the park!

My favorite pic I photo-shopped of Simba!

He is a handsome boy. I would start working ASAP on stopping the humping! Your dobe will start maturing and more than likely not put up with that much longer. Anytime you see it, even think its going to happen, correct the small dog. I mean verbally tell him not to do it and block him from doing so. Even if it means you have to get up. After a time of doing this hopefully it will subside for the most part. I have a female terrier who also used to do this. I did lots of correcting and she has stopped. Or so I thought. I actually saw her see an opportunity when Kyrah was playing with Dexter the other day. I used a verbal and started to get up right before she was going to mount and she moved on. Kyrah does not appreciate it and it could get ugly really quick. My females do not really like each other but tolerate each other well. I am never off duty and have to watch diligently for anything that could be about to occur. I would be prepared for such a scenerio as you have two males.

+1 with Herb2relax - well said.

To Add:
Use an outside voice in a disapproving pitch - say "ICK" or whatever while you are walking to the mini-pin little dog.
If your actions count...soon your word, will be all the correction needed / and the humping frequency can be eliminated.
- before your male dobe, takes a dislike to it and acts out

Great pics of Simba, nice looking boy.

Look up Male on male aggression under search you might be OK for a few more months but when your male Doberman gets mature it is not wise to take him to the dog park or have the two males loose together.Never leave the two boys loose together while you are gone you may come home to a dead Min Pin one day. Good Luck

What does he do before he humps? Is it a certain amount of time, does he get over stimulated, watch his body language. My Vizsla will occasionally think it's ok to hump and he'll nose poke a neck first. IF I see that, I know I need to call him and REWARD him for coming (even now at 2.5 I reward). If I do not distract him, he humps. I would put a long line on him and try distracting, get right hear him, name cookie run. Put a command to it "bummer" - if he doesn't listen when you say bummer, gently remove him with the long line. No pulling, no dragging, just removal. Wait 10 seconds. OK release to play again.

During play sessions keep the arousal level LOW. That might mean stopping play every 5 minutes. Have the dogs sit, give treat or pet/praise, then release to play.
