Ceethis did it again...

Well after taking a weekend off, actually I was a bad mommy and missed entries..lol But, he was back in the ring this past weekend at the Champaign shows in Decatur Il. And Saturday Ceethis took WD and BOW for another point...I am so proud of my boy and was very excited that I was able to be there to see him win...Thank you so much Jennifer Goldfein for doing such a wonderful job with him. He really looks like he has such a good time in the ring too..Well most of the time anyway,,lets face it he is still a puppy and at times thinks it is kind of stupid...lol He is now home for a few weeks before heading back out again...I don't know who was more excited when we got home...The kids couldn't wait for us to get home and when he saw his kids....well lets just say everybody was a little crazy...lmao It was great watching them all run around the yard playing...He just really seems to love life and enjoys everything he does...So glad to have him back home for a lil bit..I sure love my boy and am so very proud of him and his accomplishments...can't wait to see what the future holds for us...

Thanks Sue...I know this is off topic but, I figured it was my thread, so it would be o.k. lol But I see in your avitar pic. that you do some flyball..I have been thinking about getting into flyball a little later down the road along with agility, which I have trialed in before. What do you think of flyball and are there many trials out there to go to?..

Congratulations for another successful show weekend!

I Absolutely LOVE flyball. What I love best about it is that it is a team sport. However that is also the most frustrating as well, because you may be ready to go but if something happens to a couple of teammates - no tournament for you.

The number of tournaments varies greatly depending on where you are. I am in region 7 and between now and September you could go to a Tournament in every part of the Region (BC, Oregon and Washington) The only month without a Tournament in that time period is August, where it can be awfully hot.

Unfortunately not all regions are that active. I looked at your region and it does not look like there are that many tournaments and none in your state
Go to the NAFA or UFLI sight and you can search for information by state or region to get more info

Thanks Sue for the information and your insight on Flyball..I was afraid there may not be many tournaments around here. I have checked around a little about Agility also and it doesn't seem to be as active around this area as I was used to, back when I trialed in Agility and lived in a different state. I absolutely LOVED Agility, but being somewhat older now, not to sure how my body is going to like running around the course...lol I was interested in Flyball back when I did Agility but just never got to involved and was thinking I would like to give it a try..I will have to do some searching and see what I can find. Thanks again for the info.
