Very, very proud of my big guy!
Piper and I just signed up for our very first show and it will be under Terry Berrios. Any specific thoughts? PM me.

She was very nice! She checked his bite herself, and appreciates a timely ring... not a lot of circling, fiddling with the chain, etc... that was just my experience though. And I'm a total newbie.

Phew, I just received my email confirming my entry! Had a panic moment today when they said they didn't receive it. It will be our first show. Good to know about the bite. She is good with me and has been good with others the few times we have have practiced it in class, but I'll make it a bit more of a priority.

I feel like we have all the parts (stacking, gaiting, etc) down pretty well, now we are just learning to put them altogether in a smooth manner in a variety of places to generalize. That and turning left. I couldn't figure out why in class she would do down and back so well but gong around the ring was so difficult. Then I realized it was great until the left turn. With the 10 ft of snow outside we otherwise have to practice in the road which leaves down and backs only, and I always turn her around right. Duh. We have transitioned to parking lots.

OH NO! I hope you didnít have reservations, etc. to cancel. Disappointing, Iím sure. I guess it will give you more time to practice, though More time to worry too. Remember to breathe.

I have a sorta opposite problem than you--we just wrapped up a fight between Century Link and Xfinity concerning our phone service. Nobody could call the landline into my house for a whole MONTH (cell rarely works at my place because of the hills surrounding us.) You donít know dependent you are on technology until you have to go without.

I updated my post! They found my entry and I'm in! It was a frustrating few hours while I thought I was out of luck after I talked to two different people who said they didn't have it. Then I got the conformation emails.

I feel your pain on the cell/landline thing. Our cell doesn't work at all at our house and land phone + cable goes out a lot.

In the next few days I'm going to the breeder's for pointers on grooming. She said a few of the spots to trim up are like a man's hair cut, it looks the best a couple weeks in. Lol.

May I have half the success of jesseq.

I actually have a question about her. I put it on there so I could stop hyjacking jesseq's post
