7 month old female dobe.... opinions of conformation?

I'd like to note that, assuming she came from a good breeder, the breeder should be the one helping you decide if she belongs in an akc ring and is finish worthy. It's their name out there on the dog and nobody wants a less than stellar dog running around the ring. (Not that that's meant with any offense)

However, if you are interested in learning to show ukc shows and handling class are great for learning and getting the feel for it

I was thinking UKC simply because I am NEW and to me AKC is BIG TIME!!.... (like small local horse shows verses AQHA). To get my feet wet and learn i figured UKC is the place to go. Her breeder (probally considered a BYB here) is into Protection Work and working on titles there and is just starting in the show ring as well.

Ahhh gotcha, yeah if it's a byb type dog or one the breeder isn't liking for akc then ukc and handling classes as well as local dpca chapter clubs are a great place to start

Looks like she has a pretty head, decent feet and a nice ear crop, near as I can tell from the photo. She is toeing out, but that is fairly normal at this age. Definitely high in the rear. Angles both front and rear are straight, she is possibly hocky? Front set too far forward. Nice neck.

Handling class and UKC shows are excellent ways to learn.

Your girl is pretty and I am sure you will have fun with her.

While you can show her, why not do obedience with her. Most in this breed do well and will have fun along the way. Showing dogs.is expensive and while she has some assets, her toplinemust is off, toeing out and hockey is a big fault effecting movement. My suggestion is obedience

I am going to go that route.... (main goal is Obedience, possibly agility or even Schzund/Protection if she like it.. and so far she does) I just know that alot of dogs have both show titles as well as titles in other sports, (would the above avenues be considered working titles, meaning is that the correct terminology for them) I have always wanted to show dogs since I was a little girl, and no this particular dog probally wont get as far as a championship but I figure I have to start learning some where. If she only teaches what is wrong with her compared to the standard then I still learned something.... everyone has to start somewhere.
