Dogs can be bred posthumously. Rushing it is VERY problematic in my eyes. I would want to know why this dog was bred this young, when cardiac testing isn't really complete.

I...don't recommend it, unless you have a partner with dog experience. I wouldn't have survived the first year without help from my husband.
