Small bumps on my puppies skin

hello i am new to this blog and looking for some help with my 15-16 week old blue doberman puppy. when i 1st got her at 9weeks she had small little bumps on her skin on her head, neck, back, tail, elbows and knees. Took her to my vet for her 1st check up and he said it was from flea bits. so we put her on a stronger flea control pill(comfortis). This did not clear it up, got more bumps and a little big in size. Took her back to the vet and he put her on a 14 day 250mg script of Caphalexin. This was doing the trick and clearing up her bumps, but being off the pills for less then a week the bumps are back and more, a lot more of them. She has her next checkup this sat. with the vet. I also have been giving her oatmeal baths and wiping her down with wipes. Also have been giving her Brewers yeast. She is on a high quality large breed puppy dog food(innova), she also gets chicken or chicken liver, broccoli carrots and blueberries mixed in to her food. one time a week i give her yogurt, cottage cheese or an egg or two. has any one had this problem and what did you do to help? Would it be wrong to keep her on the Caphalexin for a longer period of time and how long would be to long.
Thanks for the help!

Dilutes, like your blue girl, commonly have skin issues. Are you positive it's fleas? Have you seen the fleas on her or around?

"I" do not think it is fleas, i have not seen a flea on her after the 1st full day we got her. When we pick her up she did have some and we gave her a fast acting flea pill and then a good flea bath and started her one the comfortis.

Puppy staph is very common with doberman pups. Two weeks of cephalexan wont do it. You need at least a month for it to work. Dmt bath her in oatmeal as it will dry her skin out. I have a bunch of allergy sites with goog info but cant post as on phone. You could put allergies into the search and it should pull up loads of threads with info. Give 1000 mgs of fish oil with meal, increase to 1000 twice a day at about 6 months. Feed her a fish based kibble and you can give her a sardine a day. Sardines are great. There is allergy info on the DOg Aware site I have below. Also look up Storms Regime on yahoo. I tells how to care for dilutes. I think I read she is a blue. Feeding sardines is the best thing.
