LI, NY Vet Recommendation for Tail Redocking

The vet who docked my pup's tail did a bad job, and he is constantly chewing and licking it. It looks pretty bad. The skin is way too tight and never loosened up. I discussed it with my regular vet and he might need his tail redocked. I am wondering if anyone knows of any vets on Long Island who have experience doing this. I'm guessing we only have one shot at fixing this so I really want to get it right. Thanks!

I'd recommend contacting Dr. Sophia Koster in New Jersey. She's a good breeder and veterinarian, also one of the recommended cropping vets. If not to have her do the re-docking, to recommend someone.

In Long Island
Dr Laura Fiore / Massapequa Pet Vet
Dr Merry Fitzgerald / Fitzgerald Veterinary

Both are TOP croppers, and and have experience in redoing tails
