Where are you located? Have you looked at the ear posting tutorials available here on DT? I really recommend learning to do it yourself.

How old is she and what is the problem that has you taping and retaping? Posts pop out of the ear? She scratches and rubs at them until she pulls the posts out?

Check the ear posting tutorial on this forum--it's a very good step by step one and explains as it goes along why stuff happens and how to fix it.

And if that isn't enough contact one of the local chapter clubs to see if there is someone local to you who you could meet for a short course on how to deal with ears.

You could be using the wrong tape, posts too big, not getting the posts really seated in the ear. There are a good number of people here that can and will help but you need to give more information about the specific problems you are having.
