It's a fairly common condition called knuckling over. There are several threads about it here. These are two of them.

A repeat to what Rosemary said. Please try to correct this problem as quickly as you can because the foot and leg condition can get worse as the pup grows.

Feed with a adult dog food not a puppy food. If she is on the right diet this will go away and will have no long term effects to your pup.

Thanks bro! Should I give her adult food supplemented with a vitamin and mineral complex?

I wouldn't. Supplements can throw off the vitamin and mineral ratios in the food, and make problems worse.

All life stages, large breed puppy formula, or even adult food are generally considered better for larger breed puppies than regular puppy formulas.

Knowledgeable vets here in the US would not be recommending supplements, it would just be a diet change as others have pointed out. It may not be necessary to go back to see the vet unless you do not notice a difference or her condition worsens in the next few weeks.

When our baby was knuckling I changed her food to Fromm adult large breed. 4 days later no more knuckling. I read a million places not to give them puppy food. Unfortunately I didn't get her from a good breeder (found out after the fact) and they had her on iams large breed puppy.
