He's very cute! Glad you stuck around and good luck with healing and posting.

Now I'm not harping and I pray others don't either but I noticed your puppy's food. What you feed is your business. It's a good idea to feed large breed puppy food or All Life Stages food. Below explains why:

Do You Know What to Feed Your Large or Giant Breed Puppy?

In general it seems like if you can buy it at a grocery store it's not very good for your dog. Yes, I know many of my dogs grew up on that kind of food but many things have changed and mostly that's been the quality of the ingredients. If you're on a tighter budget I suggest either Purina Proplan or Eukanuba, if not, then researching what you want your puppy to eat is a good idea, I myself just switched to Hi-Tech naturals grain free.

Its what the breeder was feeding him. We are feeding him Blue. Wilderness Rocky Mountain Adult with Red Meat. Mixing it in a little till the breeders food is gone

Thanks everyone for your comments . I have a question about posting though. They need to be completely healed before any posting correct? Im just wondering because it takes what about 2 weeks to heal at that time he will be 10 or 11 weeks. Isint that late in the posting process? Or is that a normal time?

You'll be fine. For example: I started posting my youngest, who is 22 months now, at 12 1/2 weeks. He was done right at the end of teething as one would expect.

Yes, they need to be completely healed before posting. Taping over open areas or scabs can lead to infection. He's pretty much on schedule for starting posting. Most pups need to be posted until they are done teething at around seven or eight months. Some need to go longer (sometimes a lot longer) and some don't need to go as long.
