Smile Miss Ivy! with pictures!

Miss Ivy the doberman/rottweiler mix, or "Rotterman" haha!

She has been doing fantastic! She's a little on the nippy side but she quickly snaps out of it when told to stop! She's growing so fast! She already outgrew the sweater I bought her 2 weeks ago, and it was huge on her then! lol

The other dog is her "sister" Roxie! She's my rescue a beagle/sheapherd!

note how much bigger she is next to the teddy in her kennel then on the chair!

She certainly has grown.

Now's the time to start working on those nails, by the way. You don't want to wind up like me, with a 50 pound dog (likely larger, in your case), who hates having their nails done.

but that makes it all the more fun and challenging.

(ps that was sarcasm for those who want to sit there and be all "ermagerd misinformation my horse is so damn high")

I trim nails once a week. If you can hear the tick tick tick it is time for a trim. Or maybe a quieter clock....m

I've known no deeper love, than that from my beloved Doberman

Think the crap in your kibble is good? Check it out

That's how I know when Bandit is sneaking up on me getting ready to swipe something and take off with it....

You hear...."tink...................tink.............. .......tink, tink.................tink......................... .....tink"

And when he's within his "snatching" range you hear......"tink,..tink, tink, tink, tink,......SWOOo oooOOOSH......gallop, gallop, gallop, gallop..."

I'll admit that all three of mine's nails are too long. I've been trying to get them back, but they seem to grow faster than I can Dremel.

I cut ivy's nails once a week. Its true that they do grow very fast though. I think that once she gets bigger and i get used to cutting her nails and where her kwik is located everything will go smoothly!
