VERY displeased with Primo Pads
I ordered 2 primo pads, and both have been destroyed. No problem, they're guaranteed right? Well, they are, but good luck getting your replacements. I contacted Gary ( the owner) nearly 2 months ago (!!!) that both were destroyed and sent pictures for proof. I was reassured I'd get replacements. Well, I STILL haven't. I haven't even heard from him for about a month now. I got an email about a week after I sent the pictures saying I'd get them shipped in a week, that he was a at a show and would send them upon arrival. I sent an email directly to him asking him for tracking information, and a reason for why they weren't sent more promptly. No answer. I have YET to get my replacements.
I'm angry. I don't CARE that you're a small business trying to do it on your own. At least take the time to contact your customers if you're going to be SO drastically late in getting them shipped. I've had more than one person contact me because they've ordered their beds, and haven't heard anything for extended periods of time OR recieved their beds.
Try something else. This product isn't worth the hassle.
