Geocaching with TeamHellhound

The TeamHellhound girls have earned their GeoPup Sports Experienced Seeker and Experienced Tracker titles.

For their Seeker title, they had to be with me for a total of twenty finds each, including those for their Beginner and Novice Seeker titles. For their Tracker title, they had to be with me when I released a trackable item of my won.

I don't know about other areas, but around here, 35 mm film canisters are a popular cache container.

Do the containers have any identifying marks on them to show they are geocaches? When I was weeding once, I found a sturdy plastic cup with masking tape across its top to seal it, hidden in the rocks and bushes on my corner lot. I thought it might be a geocache (or maybe some kind of scavenger game?) but I didn't want to open it because who knows what might have been in it, so I left it there, still carefully hidden.

If it was sealed to the point that it would show if it had been opened, it probably wasn't a geocache.

Some are marked. Others aren't.

This one has an "Official Geocache" sticker on it.

So does this one.

This one isn't marked, but it has an Official Geocache log inside of it.

Some are very well disguised. This one took me forEVer to find, and it was right in front of me.
