I have no clue what order NoBite is going to post the pics, but there is a pic of my Dry Pond, Dominic and Princess Lily Belle. One pic of the neighbors DD's (well, at least 2 of the A-holes). The black Dane pup seems okay. I hope NB blows that pic up, so you can actually see their partial pack of dogs. But, if not, you can at least see I take pride in my property and the neighbors don't.

Spock,

Patience, Grasshopper!

Well, Mister, Wes and Wes's "Nephew" are out moving the tractor.

They brought a yellow Deere? I think it's a skid something or other?

:nerd:

Hmm.

Entirely too much excitement today.

I think I might have to take a nap.
John Deere SKID Steer ^ thing'ie.

Now that Wes and his nephew have the tractor halfway loaded they want to negotiate?

No.

$1500 or drop it right now.

I can't decide if this is a good day or not.

I think I am going to get my way.

Drop the damn tractor if you don't really want it.
Wes...
What a creep of a low life / that is why, one tries to get a 10-25% deposit, at time of agreed price.
- and non-refundable
And take cash and give receipt, before item is even moved & loaded on a trailer.

I had someone pull that BS on me, back in 1978 over a $200 car.
- so I said, $200 cash, this Frig'en moment / or car is going to the wreckers, on Monday
- for $50 scrap value

He said, you would do that ? / Yep, I said, in a heartbeat...just to spoil your day.
- and you can try your shenanigans, there
He was pissed, and pulled out 10 twenty dollar bills.
- so much for his Van took all his money, on repairs... a few days earlier
Beau said, your Van mishaps...means nothing to me, when we had a hand shake of a deal.

SP - stick to your $$ guns.

I can't tell if they are finishing business or unloading, regarding the tractor.

I am just glad that K-State won!

I really need a nap.

Ugh.

On the bright side K-State won over OU however slippery it was.

I am going to assume that I won the tractor battle until it leaves my property.

They can't be unloading because it took them longer to load than than it would to unload.

Huh???

Hey Denny, if you want work at the JD dealership, you'd better get your sales game tuned up. Remember when selling old tractors, the keywords are "vintage" and "collectable"!

And, per Beau's inquiry, did money every change hands, or just a shake and a promise from Wes? Remember, Wes is a "good" neighbor. At the dealership, you'll be pushing equipment to cheapos, like myself, as well as A-holes like your goat neighbors! :grin2:

Tractor deal went South.

He tried to low ball me to the extent that I wasn't even going to play.

Oh well. Kansas State won on OU turf!

Take that you A-holes!

And I have a praying mantis hanging out with me!

Didn't you mean wanker?

'52 Ford N series. It mowed before I bought the house. The pasture was mowed when I took possession of this residence. Wes confirmed this with me when we met at the fence line the other day. I feel that Wes and I are still on good terms. He was trying to out slick me. Who knows? He might counter with a realistic offer.

When we came for final inspection Mr. Previous owner and Mister were trying to talk about the tractor but Mrs. Previous owner went out and dominated the conversation. She can't hear but she sure can talk.

I was busy following the inspector around. He was a hottie, too!
