Maybe for @ Larry...^^

A RAM truck with the Viper v10, now that would be a thrilling ride...on 8 mile road, back in your Detroit MI. days John...scary speed indeed !!

20 years ago, I befriended a snooker player while watching Andrew in a 6-Ball red tournament.
- we talked at length, every Saturday
- and one day, he bought a 944 Porsche off E-bay
- he bragged and bragged every week, about his fast ride
- and to prove it, he offered to take Beau for a test ride

So one Sunday afternoon, he picked me up, in the 944...so we drive 20 minutes, to a nearby Erie Lake town (Port Stanley)...across the lake, from Cleveland, Ohio.
- we end up at the Legion, for a cold draft
- afterwards walking back to his car, and he throws me the car keys..."Drive it, like you own it", he said

So Larry is driving his sports car home, and owner is riding in the passenger bucket seat.
- I'm testing out the balls of his rig and getting the "seat of the pants feel" for the
go-cart like suspension
- back than, I lived down a short dead end street
- nearing my corner, I took the 90 degree corner @ 30 mph...without slowing down
- navigated the corner perfectly, with control...drove 4 houses down, and stomped on the brakes, to park @ my place

I took the "wet noodle" guy by total surprise, He yelled..."what the hell, are you doing"..with his arms in the air, almost shitting his pants...LOL.
- I scared the crap out of him, so I told him..."I grew up on go-carts and racing snow mobiles, and have owned a few big block muscle cars"
- and you did tell me, "Drive it, like you own it - remember"

PS for John.

The 40 year old unmarried male, with 944.
- had a father that started a Driver Ed school, oldest one in city....a 35 year old, family business
- he had more sports car, than he would ever know how to drive...a non-gear head
- riding to the beach with a Driver Trainer, was like a senior citizen driving

Larry taking the final sharp corner @ high speed, got his FULL attention.
- adding some quick excitement, in his Life...BeauBear style

Good Lord, them sound like fancy grits ^^ I'm impressed.

I saw a kid in high school - big farm boy & my Uncle married his sister...later in life.
- after visiting the drive in, he and his 550# friend...came to the family farm house // with 2 buckets of KFC
- when three quarters of the chicken was consumed, he let out a big belch and loosened the belt on his pants
- to rest for 5-10 minutes, at the kitchen table and find more room (for last 4 chicken pieces)

Beau having a Texas Long Horn burger for supper.
- I was working with BabyBear, fixing a dryer vent // and took a ton of persuasion, for tin to fit
- I need some meat protein now

Grits? I was going to say there is no corn in the Fondue we made - but we did put in some corn starch to thicken a bit.

A fancy deconstructed grilled cheese sandwich would be closer!

Hmm grits - reminded me of the old show with Flo in it Alice - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YUbPoY-IK0

Morning all......oh how I love Mondays !!!
30 days from now we will be heading to Coopers Rock in Morgantown West Virginia.........any chance of decent colors this year ???
Then when we get back...Scott will have his rotator cuff surgery.......also part of his upper bicep has an issue so Ortho surgeon will fix that bicep at the same time.
Scott has decided no more heavy weight lifting.........future will be moderate cardio workouts ...and very light weights with higher repetitions .....but sounds like arm work will be out of the picture for him for a least 6 months ....other than recommended REHAB visits after the surgery.
No Harley driving for him........that's his front brake hand......so I will have to keep the ride in shape over the next year.
Yep...I have a motorcycle license..................we used to have 2 bikes but mine got to old so we sold it.......so I have been riding itch for years......Scott refuses to ride on the back!!!
So what else is going on today???

Well , I have to go to the vets office first thing to settle up with them and take some of Aliís meds and food , they canít refund it but we donate it to others that canít afford it , some of its expensive .

Then back to the elevator to pick up a grain check , then to the bank , then to the fertilizer plant and pay that bill

Then I need to mow over at the bins and if I have time , will do some spraying around the bins and barns .

Itís going to get very hot here this week , Heat index over 100 !

That is a good start for to day Denny

I remember someone here that had a donkey. Who was it?

Still contemplating getting a guard donkey. I have never had a donkey. Do they need feed like a horse? I can't imagine a farmer graining his donkey (that grazes with cattle) every day.

Ma?

You up?

Can you google that for me?

BeauBear?

I am going to tell our business.

Beau and I had a nice chat this morning.

The End.

On current news in Guthrie.

Suspect being hunted two miles from my house. Video of possible suspect swimming across Guthrie lake, which is basically a pond.

Criminals are so stupid!

Kenny,

If you get into a big rig, like a tractor or semi, will you post dash pics, please? I really don't know where this fascination of these things came from.

I really liked going to the elevator with you.

Don't take that wrong Mrs. Kenny. I only like his trucks and tractors. Plus, you would kick my ass at backing. Kenny said you are a rocking backer!

Ma?

You up?

Can you google that for me?
I think someone else, alluded to "hung like a donkey"...but me not naming names.

Get a rifle SP - we can call you...TV's Rifle Man.
- you don't need the expensive hay costs, all winter...give your head a shake
