Well, I do keep my mouth on the top of a can I'm getting ready to open if I think it's going to blow.

You can swig it down faster that way, too.

So I'm about 1/4 of the way through Wizard of the Pigeons.

Not asking for spoilers but here's what I'm getting so far. Wizard is a homeless Vietnam veteran, (possibly) suffering from PTSD/mental illness and I'm not quite sure if there's any real magic...yet.

I'm really liking the book so far

Wel-l-l-l-l....

It does kind of depend on the expected power of the blow. I'm generally not so desperate for a drink that I have to pop the top of a can that's going to explode grenade-style. The ones I open are usually just going to fizz a bit.

But there's almost always another non-shaken one I can open instead. I don't have as much trouble with out-running my supply as some do, apparently.

Tapping the top works for me, but then again I drink out of cans, and opening very slowly.

But then again, if someone threw a bottle at someone, not sure it would be in one piece to tap.

Thanks for sharing, that was very interesting and informative! And that explains how Mocha can be in my home office, and can smell when my wife is peeling cucumbers in the kitchen, at the other end of the house LOL

Goodmorning , nice breezy night and same so far today. A band will roll through every so often and dump a bunch of rain and a bump in the wind. I am getting a north west wind now so it north of me now. Should clear out shortly and turn into a nice day,
I have a California truck going today so the week is not a total loss

Good Morning Peeps!

Can't wait to get to work to see what kind of day I will have! Not!

AJ,

What kind of a truck is it? Peterbilt? Freight Shaker?

And, what do you do for a living. I'm sure you have said before, but I ain't going back!

Off to work I go!

Have a great day ALL!
