Well yes I had a very good gal named Coco who was a little crazy when she was a puppy. My friend and I started calling her Coco Loco as well as Coca Loca, Cokie Lokie, Cocahontas and Queen of the Coconuts. Coco Loco is my handle on a lot of things like games and Instagram.

I was crazy about her and we were both loca chicas at times so that's the short version of how we came to be.

Now my real name is Jen and I'm often referred to as Jenny from the block (JLos song from several years ago)

Sugars update is in his thread with a couple of pics.

Kenny going all rooster, except crowing.

I let everyone free range this afternoon. Went out to lock them in and Kenny, being the horn dog he is, rounded everyone up.

TN, your question drove me to research; I found this website:

EVERY POETIC FORM YOU’LL EVER NEED
https://www.writerscookbook.com/diff...rms-of-poetry/

The only definition that seems to fit what I posted above is this:

"Very Short Poem
A very short poem is exactly what it sounds like: a very short poem. It’s usually five lines or fewer."

A five line poem is called a "quintet". It is very difficult to express a thought, idea or concept in five short lines.

That concept is why I have always been attracted to the "short story".

STJ!

STJ!
I think my poem invites contemplation of the uselessness of human endeavors and of the futility of life--it is deceptively simple, but can be understood in an intuitive fashion by any reader.

In only FOUR lines.

I must be weird - I got

"Old MACDONALD had a farm
E-I-E-I-O
And on his farm he had some chickens
E-I-E-I-O
With a cluck cluck here
And a cluck cluck there
Here a cluck, there a cluck
Everywhere a cluck cluck"

A Housecleaner's Lament

"In melbrod's house there is a dog"
Here and there,
Everywhere,
Hairy Dog's
Doggie hair.
"E-I-E-I-O"

I know more than 4 lines....but when I "sing/song" your poem in my head I heard Old Macdonald

I went to the co-op early one day

No one knew what to say

It’s been raining for weeks lots of lakes , but no seeds in the ground

No hay has been mowed let alone put up

No ground has been sprayed , no fert has been spread

No sunshine but lots of rain

Finished blowing off the drive and walk way....Will wait for 10am to mow the back grass. Do not want to make the neighbors too mad on a Sunday morning.

We were supposed to have rain this afternoon but the chance has dropped to 20%. Which is good do not want the guests to get wet!

Then start preparing the food (MC) .

It's quiet if you get out there early enough, which is one of the reasons we do...most of the time, the only thig I hear is me, gasping for breath as we take on some of those hills LOL
