That is just blaspheme teaching a Dobe to eat chickens.

Although, I wouldn't object to going to KFC and getting a bucket of Doberman.

I guess I could have posted this one, but it has an obvious flaw--it's not a chicken:

LDi - splitting 50% of the Tampa Bay FL home games with the former Montreal Expos is a great idea.
- as the former Quebec MLB team had better attendance, before folding up during the long players strike...20 years ago
- that year the Quebec team, was in 1st place and expected to win the World Series

Home games cane be shared, when was the last time YOU dragged your pretty little face, to a TB game?
- support the team, or stop the complaining (eye roll now)
- remember....asses in seats, and we not having this conversation

Beau still laughing at that red puppy....good 1 SD.

All 3 dogs here, Dad picked 2 little ones yesterday afternoon / when I went into Andrews to drywall tape and mud his closet...2 corners by 100 amp Hydro panel.

We had Popeye finger strips last night (dipped in bee-hive honey) with Costco potato salad...our 1st time, "B67 lost his chicken virginity".
- I was impressed, not greasy like KFC...but pricey ($22 Canadian for 8 strips)

Morning all.......thanks Spock for that site ......a lot more details.....posted this to my favorites for now an future use.
More detailed info than the National Hurricane site......at least someone is talking us through the details that are not weather experts.
Was hoping Spock would pipe in...figured you were gathering some details before providing any opinions. Scott will be glad to watch this site versus the other when he gets done with all of his chores today.

OK Beau...take the Rays........for some unknown reason.....I trust your wisdom..........yep.....we suck at selling tickets...........we need more of our local corporations to buy up those seats for their employees or VIP customers like some of the northern states tend to do........

Yea - I hear ya...the Corporate season ticket seat sales, do work at helping the attendance figures.
- even the Toronto Maple Leafs haven't won hockey's Stanley Cup, since 1967-68
- but tickets are sold out, all the time // and tickets +$200 each, for nose bleed

Andrew's business has real nice MLB level 100 seats (2), for all the Blue Jay home games.
- given out to valued clients, and staff / tickets are well received
- +20 rows behind home base, so perfect seating
- Dad can't be bothered watching a Free game live, when our team sucks and not in a divisional playoff race
- waste of a good Saturday and 5 hours driving on the Hwy. / when the team looses more game, than wins

EDIT - this winter BabyBear & PapaBear are driving down to Detroit MI, in his Lexus RX350...will be exciting to drive & chat (for Hours straight), and watch a good game.
- he got Free tickets from a valued customer, for a Red Wings home game

Good morning everybody ! Slight chance of rain today , but boy there are some big boomers around this morning , one just south of us now , donít know if it will track here or stay by the coast the worse part it is fairly clear here over head , yet , what I will call clear lighting here , meaning itís not stormy yet they are throwing down big bolts in clear weather , I hate that type , Took Ali out to potty and we were not out there long

SD , great site , btw, did you ever get into a big storm with your big boat and think , oh sót ,this is not good , pucker factor ?

Took Mr. B to the vets office the other day , I will be honest , I have neglected him on his training this summer , last planting , Ali , you name it , Iím not a good dad ! But we are back on track somewhat , at the vets , he didnít miss a beat ! Another dog came out of a room , he took a quick look and that was it , non event . Good boy ! Today is a bath day for him , time to get out and practice more ! Rural King maybe this afternoon or tomorrow

MC , sounds like a great start to the weekend ! Congrats !

Better get

Doc

Good morning. Beautiful day here. The sun is shining and my little 70lb pup thinks it's a good day to keep jumping in mama's lap to be held like when he was small. Never a dull moment at this house!

I need to update his thread. Hes an itchy, bumpy boy who was at the vets last night to get some meds. Damn puppy immature immunity!!

I'm trying Doc but the site I use to upload my pics is down so hopefully it will be up later. I tried to use another one and that didn't work at all!!

My little boy is not so little anymore. Except his brain. That still hasn't grown. But his male vet told me last night that it is normal because males of every species are slow to grow their brains

It must be true because the doctor said so

Had to go back and read 3 pages of posts again, the poor puppy in the KFC bucket cracked me up!

Coco get out while you can...oh wait, it's too late now, you've been sucked into the chicken thread and like the song says:
"You can check-out any time you like but you can never leave!"

She is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are her life, her love, her leader. She will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of her heart. You owe it to her to be worthy of such devotion.

Mocha and I did our hike nice and early this morning; had some clouds and the sun hadn't come over the hills yet so it was quite dark in the woods, so no pics today.

I learned a lesson yesterday while smoking that brisket...I read a few smoking recipes and watched a video or two and 1/2 the folks said to leave it uncovered the entire time, and others said that once the meat hits the stall phase (where it gets stuck at one temperature for an hour or more), to wrap it in foil which is called the Texas crutch. I decided not to wrap and after 12 hours of smoking, the one end (thinner part) ended up on the dry side but the rest was nice and tender, and juicy. If I ever do another brisket, I'll wrap for sure.

Last night I had an awesome brisket sammich; took a onion roll and cut it in half, put on some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, some brisket, sliced onion, some sliced cucumber, sliced tomato, and some romaine lettuce. I may just duplicate that for today's lunch

Speaking of LadyDi, good thing I didn't listen to her or I'd still be painting the house and pressure washing!

I'm still wondering whether the dog in the KFC bucket is actually a dachshund and not a dobe puppy.

Flickr is easy, free, with a limit to the number of photos you want to store there. I'm not sure about the number...maybe 1000?? With the pro subscription you get unlimited storage and a lot of extra perks and services, but for someone like me who basically just needs a photohost to make forum posting easy, the free account works just fine. It does offer a little bit of editing capability too, like adjusting lighting etc, cropping or adding captions or text to your picture.

We do have a tutorial on how to use Flickr here which goes through the steps of posting, which shows you its level of complexity

Good Morning!

Are there any leftovers? We will be right over.

My stove broke. Can't bake. And, I was in the mood to bake. Burners work, though.

What to do? What to do?

Chili?
