Frankly, TN.

Mocha is so purty!

See how I did that, Ma?

The Mister and I went to the store to get groceries. He asked me a day or two ago if I wanted fireworks. I said I am not spending money on fireworks.

What happended? I agreed to pay for half.

However, he bought the groceries and is cooking. Plus he cleaned the kitchen before I got home.

Works for me!

Ribeye... No comparison!

BTW ... A porterhouse is just a t-bone cut from the rear end of the short loin. Hence, it has a portion of tenderloin, plus more of what is referred to as the strip.

Peter Luger's (NYC) is probably one of the greatest steak houses in the world. Definitely my son's favorite. Then there you don't order by the cut, you order by the amount. eg... Steak for 1, steak for 2, steak for 3 etc.

The serve only one cut of cow. The Porterhouse Steak. The age their own beef. It comes to the table sliced. (And it ain't cheap!)

You all are making me want to pick up some steaks for this weekend....

Although we were also talking about pork tenderloin, or brisket....hmmm.

When we got puppy, in IL, in January 2013...drove 11 hours to say overnight in downtown Chicago.

Andrew was riding shot-gun on the trip to the States.
- hungry as a dog, we walked a few blocks once we booked into hotel
- we ate the most delicious steak @ Michael Jordan's steak house

In Ontario, our good steak house chains, are The Keg...Chicago place, was better.

I am also partial to a flank steak, marinated 36-24 hours and grilled over a super hot (double heated) Weber untill medium rare. Or a strip steak roast (2-3 inches thick) marinated and cooked over open flame charred on the outside and rare on the inside.

Pick up another steak, Commander!

We are still hungry!

Pork tenderloin slathered with whatever mustard you want and surrounded with sauerkraut and put in a crockpot is yummy!

I challenge you to a brisket cook off!

You, Mister STJ, stay far, far away from my chickens!

Although, they are big enough now to not slip through the grill grate.

If you are going to steal them, then YOU got to pluck their bodies!

We picked up 2 or3 pork loins a few weeks ago , had them cut about 3/4 thick , then had them run them threw the cuber , twice ! They make a great tenderloin on the grill , and they cook quick , great for the farm when I need to get going , then add so Mayo , pickles and you have a very good sandwich.

Ribeyes do sound good !

Last night , I was laying with he dobies ,watching tv , both were in dobie wonder land ! I was soon to follow , Then , one of our neighbors set off what sounded like a case of dinomite, dobies were still in wonderland ! Me , well I jerked something in my neck and back , lol

Yes sir, those are all our flowers and plants. I had to move some of them out from under the canopy so I could get at the grill though

U Americans with your $1.99 /# Kroger''s rib meat, etc. make me sick. (LOL)
- even at Costco, her in Canada...baby back ribs are like $12 per pound
- $15 in the local grocery stores

Kelly is not bothered by Firework noises...what so ever.
Former Amy was only slightly disturbed by them, and I could take her to the park...when going off.
First Girl Tanya, hatted lighting, thunder & hail noise

PS - just had a text from Andrew.
- one of his business contacts, is giving him Detroit Red Wing tickets, later in the year
- the two of us, will have a hockey game to go to / will be a blast

Kelly had her rabies shot yesterday / Vet found a top back left tooth, that is broken off
- and gum growing over it
- so off for a x-ray, next month / will need to be pulled if abscessed & a tooth cleaning
- not what I wanted to here / she don't even chew hard stuff (????)

------------Kelly & (Amy - RIP @ 11.7 y/o)
