You'd probably even kill for some of Portland's (left side)recent weather--cool, overcast but dry (maybe some really early morning or late evening showers and late afternoon the sun comes out and stays until sundown giving nice pleasant evening temperatures.

Please come and take it!

I am sick of it!

Checked on my friend that lives on the river and 10 homes have fallen off into the river. She's safe for now.

The critters are sure coming out of the woodwork. I don't want them! I knew they were here and that's okay, as long as I don't see that they are here.

At least the guy was only bitten on his arm, could be worse. The article states that this species is rarely aggressive. Heck, I'd be aggressive if someone was pissing on me.

Only in Florida.

LOL

There are probably gators in Oklahoma, by now!

Cute cat pics mel.

We are a bit dry in FLA . May is traditionally dry and june should bring the daily showers , if they do not show we start burning.
I really do not mind the heat that much , i feel bad for a few days when it first kicks in and once acclimated i am cool with it.
This is the first season the doberman is always wanting me inside when i am home, red boys do not do well in the heat.
I had 97 f. today not so bad with low humidity.

Glad you said that.

Axel was red and very fond of air conditioning.

I was worried about him all those years.

Turns out he was normal!

Just patiently waiting for my next best buddy!

In one of my grade school biology classes, we had to put an Alien skeleton together.

Yes, they do have bones, and a lot of them!

Somehow managed to do something other than dissect frogs and unbelievably large earth worms. Not to mention unborn piglets, in middle school.

I was tortured in science class.

Ag class worked much better for me.

Glad that crap didn't damage me permanently!

Good morning all...........after spending a couple of days landscaping.....I realized ....chit ...I am outta shape.......so ......thanks to Beau....I watched a video he posted recently.......and something really stuck with me.............it read.....If you want to stay a little longer .....you better get a little stronger.........then landscaping.....now sore as hell.........so today is day 3 of eating Whole Foods. Shoot it was only 5 years ago that I was in spin class everyday ...extremely fit.........then I messed up both Achilles’ tendons in both legs from daily spin class........so had to take a lot of time off.........lost a lot muscle mass (obviously).......so time to eliminate laziness and deal with this weakness.
Thanks Beau for the video.....and Spock thanks for checking on me .......In case you do not know ........Spock has lost quite a bit of weight..........he’s shy and probably will not boast .......but he is doing great with his food and daily activity.
Yep...it is hot .....dry....and still. Good environment for sweating ...huh AJ..............

Quit running around spinning - just shaken my head here - If you needed to spin around then get your a double azz out in the yard and get some work done - So Scott don't have to do it ALL ! Poor guy ! Now get in there and fire up that sweeper !

Forgot - Good morning all !

Well got around 200 acres planted for B-I-L then made the move back home - It was no the conditions we like to plant in ! It sure made the ole girl work ! The 49 holds 120 gallon of fuel - on my way home the low fuel warning light was blinking - got home on fumes - lol -Took a little over 10 hours to plant and I only stopped twice and that was to put more seed in . Ken was tried !

Planted 75 acres on my place yesterday - damn it was wet - then ran out of some what dryer dirt - so sprayed another 75 acres - storms to the West so had to quit - around 5:45 - azz pounder hit - 50 to 60 mph wind - blinding rain + quarter size hail - - that is the worse thing that can happen to fresh planted corn or beans -

June 1st is my cut off date to plant corn - will which over to beans I guess and I hate them damn things ! And not any money in raising them - but that the only game left .

Wife said that Dobers will not do anything since I'm in the fields - just lay around - Has to get on them to even go out and potty - lol

Well better get - have to order more chemicals to spray - with the wet weather - and the weeds are in high gear growing - I have had to increase rate .

Mel - When bears come around here I just go cut off a switch from the tree and chase them off - they don't like when I smack them across the rear with one

We used to call that "Riding a Bike" up and down hills....

Also, those appear to be fitness models and/or instructors?

It just so happens the ex. Hooter's employee is prominently pictured in the foreground.....

If it was a real class, there would be some creepy old guys (COG's) out of the camera view in the back of the room, gawking while "spinning"....

Doc .......you suck at comprehensive reading........I CAN'T SPIN ANYMORE............screwed up my tendons.....SO I DO NOT SPIN ANYMORE...
You see Beau proclaimed he was not aware of what "Spin" was so I showed him.......via youtube........
And spock is does not matter..... if it is real class or not......it illustrates to BEAU what a spin class is........that was the purpose.....to teach Beau what spin is...........or isn't..........whatever...........
Anyhow.......willing to put the apron on ......and proceed to the table.............but that's it.....................
I am not doing any of that other chit today.........thats mens work.......Yip!!!!
