Can you do one of a Dobie ? We lost a VERY special girl a couple of years ago - It was my wife's best - best - best friend - Even though we have 2 great Dobie's now - God - we both sure do miss her so - she was just short of 15 - Would be nice to have a nice picture hanging in here of her .

Nice, PT!

I feel talented when I can write a grocery list for the Mister that he can read.

Doesn't matter anyway. He can't spell!

"Ok, here’s another. The last I have, fortunately for you guys

Ping Pong

So now we know who stole the two eggs last night!

Seriously, two eggs were stolen last night.

- this is what truly makes this Chicken/Misc. thread great sometimes

ECIN: When I'm done with the sixty portraits, I'll promise to do 15-20 free dobermans for this group on DT, if I have other folks that want them. Dobies are a limited audience within my clientele and collectors. but send me some photos and I'll do yours first ECIN.

Beaumont! Sending you a PM. That is a great photo! Would love to do it! It's very special. But not in the 15-20. If I do folks want complex paintings for my exercise paintings and it is not the direction I want to take. 8 x10 Shipping to Canada is expensive. It costs $10 in the U.S and $32 to Canada! Sheesh!

Ever notice how guys can’t find ANYTHING?

"Where’s the tape measure?”
"In the junk drawer in the kitchen."
"No it’s not; I looked."

Sometimes you have to pick up something on top (a ziploc baggie with a few miscellaneous things in it, for ex.) and look UNDERNEATH.

"Where are the needle-nose pliers?”
"There is a pair in the household tool box in the pantry.”
“No, they’re not, I looked”

How about digging a little and looking UNDER the screwdrivers and putty knives.

Why are "under" and “multiple layers” such difficult concepts?

Would you believe:
- Beau has missed a meal @ noon before / couldn't find the pre-made sandwich, in the fridge
- it was hiding, on me / sandwich said "DON'T EAT ME"...

But a chocolate bar in the fridge...they don't hide.

I shop Costco while mom & Kelly wait in RAV4 - can't lock a dog in a hot vehicle & dogs are getting stolen.
- wife gives me the short grocery list, in a text on my Apple phone...that works out well

Well, my Mister always knows where his $hit is. Can't use that against him.

There are plenty of other things I can use against him, though.

Not only could mine not find anything, if I put one of HIS/our things away in the place where it belonged, I got accused of losing it. Because he couldn’t look in the obvious place to find his things. (That applied to my EX, but our son is following in his footsteps--not as successfully, because I can make him put HIS own stuff away.)

Back to the EX, Like if I hung his jacket in coat closet, for example. Or if I put the car keys on the peg where they were ALWAYS supposed to go, right next to the door.

I am the one who always puts things where no one can find them.

Hate to halt this portion of our conversation, But...

Ex Princess Lily, because she killed one of my chickens, is now having jolly fun with the new kitty and new kitty is having fun with Lily Belle.

This all happened while I was charging my phone.

Couldn't catch an image to pester NoBite/NB/GJ with.

I gave him a vacation.

Good Lord, YES!!!!!! We have so much in common! Is it your son? My son never disciplined himself to LOOK. until he became 24. He often relapses. The items all have homes as my mother would put it. Look in their home! Same drawer you were told last time. "No it's not!"
It works everytime! I just have to get up quickly, get it for him to prove him wrong! I do it still to today! LOL! I set up his house for him, drawer and storage-wise. Almost exactly in the same way and order he grew up LOL! I don't know how he can be so very very smart and so spatially impaired. I was a demanding mother but never a sarcastic one or demeaning joking one until last year. IHe prides himself on his smarts and I finally called him spatially impaired and now he works on proving me wrong. Thank GOODNESS!
