So when black frames came out, I decided to be with the fad for change, and I got a pair even though I think black frames are fugly (I wonder if the word "fugly" comes from "effing-ugly"?) And I have hated them for three years now, but new glasses were so danged expensive. Now, after 3 years I can finally justify a new pair and I'm getting what I like this time. To heck with what's in!
Alright!

Let's party!

Crap.

I forgot Commander Cat comes on duty.

Question might be, "Who has the woodshed key?"

Can you all tell that I am obsessed with a keY?

Years ago, BabyBear spent the night & changed his undies...in the morning, when he

- some how, his undies got washed and found their way into Dad's dresser
- one morning I tried getting the skinny pair on

Your current East Central Indiana weather -- 81 with a S-SW wind at 12 mph - wind picking up this afternoon with gust + 30 mph

Your farming forecast - it sucks ! Chance of late day T-Storms - Sunday - Chance of Damaging T-Storms - Main concern - Large Hail and Damaging winds - Say Weather a ware !

Did a field test early this morning = mud

Back to mowing the yard

BeauBear needs to step up to the plate!

I got a pic of the JD keys.

Oh, and a pic of the neglected mower deck...

My Friend and her husband and in-laws just left!

They told me my house was just fine.

Fibbers!

And, Janet is in the back seat planning our canoe trip! Sounds like we are going to Arkansas.

I was worried about meeting her husband's parents. No need to worry! They were absolutely fun to hang out with.

Even though they called a car a Caaar!

Yep! It's tough with them East Coasters!

Women do the speaking in that family.

It was hard to catch up with my Friend and include the boys! East Mom wouldn't shut up!

Well, that's interesting--I sent a fairly long post to the gamer threat about the soft stools and foods--sent it to the threat via quick post (which is all I've ever used) and it never showed up. Put "test" post up there and it didn't show up but it does here?

The milk the cat spilled in the corner of the prior keyboard caused it some sort of digestive problem and I dug out a different (not new but different) which seems to be working but if I evaporate it's Leon's fault.

Let's see if this posts properly...

Well--it tried to double post this last one--so maybe the problem isn't entirely Leon's fault but I know key boards don't like coffee spilled in them and I don't think they would like milk much better--and I gotta' go--have some people with a year old pup who I think has a minor pocket coming for me to look at.

Later--at least I hope this keyboard keeps working...

It looks like soft little balls/pellets of snow, not hard and icy like hail.

It's supposed to get to 34 tonight; I've got the upper part of my sprinkler system drained just in case it gets colder.

Unsettled weather here through until Thursday. Mid 50's during the day, mid-30's for lows. Possible rain, thunderstorms, even a chance of snow showers early Tuesday.

I'll try to keep this weather from getting to Indiana, Ken. Where do low pressure and fronts (warm or cold) have to set up for you to get bad storms?
If we have a low pressure south of us (especially dropping down and moving across northeastern New Mexico), we get upslope circulation around it heading into the mountains from the east and we're likely to get some precip.

You can send that weather to middle TN; we're already in the upper 80s, with a forecast of low 90s next week. Ugh. October can't come soon enough for this boy. Went hiking with Mocha this morning; we left the house at 7 and it was already 68. Blah!
