You've got a couple of weeks to misbehave before my new glasses come in.

And I'm so glad to get them. I have never really followed styles much and am preternaturally resistant to change, so I keep old glasses forever. EVENTUALLY they do start to look odd even to me, so I go out and up-date, but I've usually waited so long that that style is on its way out and there we go again.

So when black frames came out, I decided to be with the fad for change, and I got a pair even though I think black frames are fugly (I wonder if the word "fugly" comes from "effing-ugly"?) And I have hated them for three years now, but new glasses were so danged expensive. Now, after 3 years I can finally justify a new pair and I'm getting what I like this time. To heck with what's in!
