We're heading towards a lot of rain and possible storms the next three days...should be interesting, since my dogs will be sitting in the car Saturday/Sunday while we're at the echo clinic all day. At least it'll be cool, I guess.
Does that dog come in red?

We have crappy weather rolling in, as well.

There are some areas where we are kindred spirits, SP.

Anyone want to come over and help me this weekend?

I have:
1. Five bushes to plant.
2. Weeds to kill in rock landscaping (a different problem from the weeds we discussed earlier.)
3. One desk to disconnect and clear computer stuff off of, mildly disassemble, move up a flight and a half of stairs (with lots of corners), reassemble and organize.
4. Another desk to move (bit by bit--220 pounds) down half a flight of stair, build and put all of the previously mentioned computer stuff (reconnected) onto.

In addition to standard dog, cat and ferret stuff.

And I'm already feeling oppressed.

So sorry......thinking I will certainly be busy do something.
So did you get a new desk?
Thinking the one coming down half a flight of stairs .....is the old one.
And the one going up one and a half flights of stairs is the new desk......right?

Yes, but there sure isn't much, because in my backyard I have mostly dirt. That's due to, ahem, Doberdestruction Some day I'll have to resod or reseed it, but it seems so pointless right now - they'll just destroy it again. So for now, a tiny strip of grass, and the rest - DIRT.

2 Cotoneaster, 3 barberry, 1 columnar juniper. Things deer don't like, basically.

Five 2 gallon, One 6 gallon container.
So basically 5 holes about 18 inches across, one hole about 22 inches wide and all about 10 inches deep in our coarse sandy soil, and enriched with about 1/3 added organic material. Not so awful except I have to get the ground wet enough to easily dig in. (Opposite problem from ECIN)

It's easy to get to Colorado Springs from Florida.....just drive about 1700 miles west on Interstate 10, make a right turn and drive about 550 miles north on Interstate 25. There are shorter ways to get here, but the instructions get a little more complicated.

Boy I would like too Mel - But it's headed to the 80's today - So think it will be wash the dogs outside for the first time this year !

I did power wash the front porch the other day - looks so much better ! Also did all the gutters on the front of the house - house gets new paint soon .

Lots of landscaping work to do - think I lost most of the knockout roses - wife wants to forget them - Ken thinks he will replant them - they are pretty .

Mow yard on Sat. Then it looks like big time storms return on Sunday . Missed the big stuff last night - but still got rain -

WARNING ! Be prepared to hear me bitch in late June or July that we need rain - lol

So yeah...anyway.....not going to cubicle today..........mental health day..........humans pissed me off yesterday so I am not going in today...........just way to busy to go to work. Banning humans today.
You folks are OK...because you are not humans ...you are something else. Thinking DOC calls them “Not Rights” ....
Anyway ......more about me.................
So far today I started my day off with a nice walk with Hoss. Still cool outside......breezy at daybreak followed up with a short trip into the hot tub......ahhhhhh.......takes all the soreness out of my neck from all of my hard days work in my cubicle ........................
So lets see what will I do next this morning.........oh......I got it.....I will toast a blueberry bagel........Also ....
I need to prepare .........so who is coming to my house today for BBQ lunch ???? Anyone?
Well we could have virtual lunches together............I will be in touch to co ordinate our luncheon after I indulge on my bagel...........lightly toasted .....with little bit of cream cheese. ..................be right back.....
Oh yeah......GOODMORNING “Not Rights” ............

Morning LDi & KEN, "the good & early chicken hawks".

LDi - sorry to say, PapaBear will have to skip the "virtual lunch" and bagel today.
- you were on the right track, until you confirmed..."out of the hot tub, already"
- black currant jam, is also good on toast
