Hot babe...I would have thought she's lacking in a couple of her attributes for you guys.

Room for muffler?
Clogging?
Fire Danger?
Contaminants blowing directly on soil?

a) To gain access through a barn door, with FIL to clean out manure.
- when access door is a foot to short, for a normal sized tractor...to enter

On farm, we had 1 of 3 doors, too short / Larry had to hand fork "Pig $hit" out of than bay...when 12 y/o.

b) So MUFFLER doesn't fill up with rain water, and rust out (much faster).
- did SMRT-Beau WIN ?

^^ Why Vertical muffler, on a tractor, has a flapper.
- that goes up & down when engine running
- and the muffler end stays closed, when parked outside / and doesn't matter, if it rains

PS - PapaBear like one of them blonde front end loaders (FIL, on a good day) - just for general Farm Hand duties.

6-7 was pretty close - The one that I saw was that back in the day - all the older barns had a full haymow and they we built low - then the newer bigger tractors came along - the pipe was to tall to go under + they didn't want any sparks blowing on the hay = big fire .

Here's a picture from this morning - Doc on left - Stephanie ( TV6 ) and Mike Smith

Hey...I got the fire part. And I claim toxic fumes too...because a tail pipe that goes underneath the tractor could spit out toxic stuff which could contaminate your crop/hay and the ground.

Nice pic. I assume they weren't there to report on some crime or misdeed by you.

I came home from work a few hours early today so I could take Mocha to the vet to get bloodwork done (we check her liver ALT levels every 6 months to make sure they're not going up). Once we got home, with it being such a gorgeous day, we went out back and hung out for a while....and guess who just happened to have their camera handy? LOL

On a side note, this girl has come such a long way....she used to stress about all the strangers and dogs at the vet, now she pretty much stands or sits there and looks into my eyes and yeah, I know exactly what she's trying to convey..."Dad, let's get whatever this is over with ASAP so we can go back home!" She also got to see Tammie, one of her favorite vet techs, who's been out on maternity leave for a while..it was quite the happy reunion for both and Tammie and Mocha gave each other a hug and lots of kisses.
