Got through my work day, just fine.

Finally made it home from work after running errands. Now, I lost about 45 minutes of Denny time. 45 minutes, of my life, that I will never get back.

That's no lie SD! There are cuties there too!

Turning" it" back to chickens.

3 weeks on the Chickie Baby Count down.

Mister and I are at a stand off right now.

He doesn't want chickens OR cats in the house.

Baby Chickies coming in the house. Cats going out.

Because that is how it's gonna be. Snakes might get them out there when they are itty bitty and I prefer to have them within easy butt wipe reach.

You hid the JD keys from me, so I couldn't EVEN just start it...

JOHN DEERE mowers don't have suffocated key ignitions...at least in the past.
- often one standard key, for each model or series

That is how my two garden tractors are.
- if you need a spare key, go to the JD parts counter...probably several dollars

--------------

SP - make your own simple key...
- heat metal key with a candle, holding it with pliers
- lay hot JD key, on a hard bar of soap // like Irish Spring
- trace profile, on a metal blank
- hand file or dremmel out the key profile
- now start your engine

^^ JAIL BIRD HACK - for being an inappropriate HS teacher.

Golly! I can't even joke around here.

I just want them dog gone keys for just enough time to start it up.

Is that too much ask?

Isn't that the very first lesson?

Mister is being mean to me...

(pout)

That should do it.

Maybe I will get to sit on it and start it up tomorrow.

It's okay STJ.

He understands my leverage. We are just having a bit of fun butting heads.

Cats going out and babies coming in.

And, I have to wait to graduate to holding the keys of Johnie Dear.

@ Friends Garage today...

BabyBear is breaking the sidewall bead, on the worn-out summer tires.
- after air pressure tire valve removed
- taking special care, to not break a $100 TPM (on alloy rims)

Off with the worn-out rubber.

Incoming - New Vanderbilt P235/55r-19" 105V / warranty 65k miles.
- purchased from tire-easy.com

Mounting - On with the new treads.
- tire beads, getting all lubed up

Inside lead tape balance, on alloy rims...all tires zero'ed true.

On Ya go !!

Nuts on Finger tight / and tightened with "zip-zip" impact.

Hand torque to 100#, with the Snap-On ratchet tool.

A job well done & nicely assisted, with Andrew.
- PapaBear is dame proud, of sons enthusiasm
- he enjoys manual work & learning new hands on skills (now)

Lexus & RubyRed going home - time to relax and have good supper takeout.

Can't you talk beautiful Nancy into taking pics from a different angle? (notice I spelled Angel correctly, )

BECAUSE - Mrs. still was at work / when Andrew showed up @ 2:30, for tire change !!

Number 2 - and T-man always jumps up on leather sectional & runs along my pant legs,
to greet his Papa, the moment they arrive...my horizontal legs, is his catwalk, to me.

So nice try SP.

Di?

You can play with Baby Bear for a while.

I am distracted by shiney JD keys and chickie babies?

Can I have Baby Bear back when I am done obsessing over Beau Bear's socks?

Fun to see wild turkeys, Beau saw one run across road in front of RubyRed last week.
(while Kelly & Dad, headed out to garage)
- somewhat common, around these parts
- we always watch, for them

Doc - how you know, your turkey sighting was a FM...?
