Don't you know that if you forget potatoes the begging of beef stew becomes Beef Bourguignonne--given that you've got some mushrooms anf burgundy in the house (or any other dry red wine) you can then serve it with the traditional French Bread or over noodles (or you can Americanize it and serve4 it over mashed potatoes.) But if you had potatoes to mash you could have easily just tossed them into what you intendee in the first place to be beef stew.

Won't do anything for you on this round of beef stew but keep it in mind for the next time you forgot potatoes and are trying to send the poor Mister after them.

ABTLH
Don't poor Mister me. I haven't even got him broke in yet!

I got my potatoes!

Because I'm an Angel!

Day1 - 5 hours.
Condo Basement Reno (flood damage & dated paneling) - Gut for Man Cave.

Waiting for carpenter - this early morning.
- Trevor kissed this Dad, 2 licks on lips...when I sat down on sofa

Demo instruction time, from JJ...just getting started.

Painted paneling gets torn off.
- a tin foil fire breaking, hiding behind the mahogany sheets

BabyBear flexing some muscle...

Remove thin wood strapping & black tar paper, on cement walls.

Dad had a brainstorm, remove the utility closet & Rec. room looks 50% bigger already.
- closet was practically empty, anyway / only storing a bag of paper towels
- now a 65" TV and go on the opposite wall, with natural window light & more Hydro outlets

Picked up 30 wood studs (2x3") for framing, Typar.
- and Andrew got a nice Tool belt & leather pouch // to stay organized
Mr. Tool Man !!

Backing up RubyRed, Andrew got mud on my tires.
- PapaBear had a good Talk, about this.

Time for family, to head home / Kelly in truck first.
and she will eventually sleep, on back seat

Di!

I Win!

I got here before you!

Whose the other dog Beau?

haHA - but LDi will have a new high, in the morning, when she tunes in here.

SP - where have you been ?

The 2 little dogs, are brother & sister...are 12 years old, now.
- Trevor belongs to Andrew
- he got him, when he left our home, to forge his career (after College)
- Molly belongs to his business partner lady

They got both dogs, when puppies.
- aka T-man was trained, with our former Amy dobe smarts & mannerisms
Molly severely broke a front leg, 12 years ago / bone was to thin, for a pin.
- she gets around, awesome...as dogs don't pity themselves, when handicapped

Baaad Andrew!

Did it take a Ford to come tow him out?

LOL

I am still ticked off about the ruts in my yard! Not, going to relay that to Mister. He's getting a trencher tomorrow.

Mister has a 2 wheel drive Chevy. Didn't have the nuts to pull itself out. CP had to come pull, just to get to the shop to get my truck which would have done the same.

Where have you been Beau???
