Actually my daughter--I think it is from the last trilogy in a series of nine related books by Robin Hobbs--This set is called the Tawny Man trilogy.

The first two are the Farseer Trilogy, then the Liveship Trilogy and now this one.

Fantasy--well written, creative world and culture--

Your welcome, their is no exclusivity here.

Had to look it up, its a Polaris RANGER XP 900 UTV...fun-fun / wroom-wroom.
- now your invited to attend the chicken BBQ at SP's place...when the old hens, stop laying eggs
STJ & Beau are the "Pit Boys".

Beau can bring his mid. 1980's Honda CT70 mini trail (red)...to the DT party.

- on the farm in winter, we rode a Ski-Doo every day, all winter (~1972)
- go cart and mini bike, in the summer was always fun
- I never been on a UTV, would be cool to drive one
THERE WAS CHICKEN DINNER here this evening.

I was mowing the interior yard and a wayward pullet got inside the danger zone and Lily killed it. Well, she ripped its butt off and we had to finish it off.

Lily is no longer a princess...

24 chickens left...

He does seem to be a pretty good mouser, in spite of only being about 8-9 months old.

Better than my last cat anyway, who would just wound them and then let them go so they could die in the walls.....

Daughter’s toes.

Cat tail short (seems about 1/2 the length it should be, same diameter all the way, just ends abruptly) with kink close to rump; vet says genetic.

Amy is welcome.

My chickens are putting out more eggs than I have cartons for!

I put an SOS out at work. My co-workers are not producing egg cartons as fast as my chickie babies are producing eggs!

Seriously, not a surprise.

I knew this drama would happen. Guess I need to go buy cartons.

That wasn't my plan!

Family BBQ was a big success, last night:
Costco Steak - medium well done...looks good to me / melted in my mouth.
Moms homemade Skor Bars, for desert...Yummy.

Not Feet, but Ankles & straight Leg jeans...LOL...Kelly snuggling with her Boy.

I’ve always heard that the way to find your cat is to put a piece of paper or a box on the floor. Within a few minutes you will find a cat sitting on it.

Though I don’t know if that works for little or wild ones, it has always worked for ours.

Failure is not the opposite of

success. It's part of success.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What did Beau. do today:
- we bit of landscaping, Kelly's gravel sidewalk, going in
- went to Walmart, for a 12V battery, for my '05 GMC Jimmy <<-----going up 4$ale tomorrow
- picked up a new battery tray, installing it tomorrow / old one just crumbled, in my hand
- had my JD GT262 rider picked up, by Technician friend / gas delivery hose problem, diagnosed in driveway

When I got my first cell phone (4 years ago):
I would text my son some good ones, before waiting to see him next time...so I wouldn't forget the exact wording.
- kinda got into the habit, of typing them down...as I seem a good one

Crap! Now I want an owl.

Except, it would be capable of carrying off, no longer "princess" Lily, kitty and chickens!

Oh! The drama!

And, on top of that, I am on day number 4 of a 13 day run at work with no day off!

I am mentally exhausted, not even, halfway through the stretch.

This is while I've had a vacation from my supervisor. She's been out for a couple weeks. Can't wait for the short vacation I've had to come to an end.

Not!
