Well......at lunch today we decided why wait until retirement to travel around.......both of us have 6 weeks of vacation time each year.........we have worked at this place for 25 years so we can get more unpaid time if we asked for it.......not sure what has come over us recently ........maybe it's my exposure to people that live in other states.......maybe it's turning 60 ...heck I do not know .... but I just hear Elk's bugling and other critters calling me to come check out their stuff.......lived in Florida my whole life and have not traveled much .......California couple time's and West Virginia many times to see my boyfriends kin ....all of a sudden ready to hit the road and see more of USA and Canada........anyone else out there my age get this same yearning for no reason
hmmmmmm traveling.....time will tell.

If I already had a barn established, I would be able to have an RV to travel in.

Well, did you win the lotto yet?

Your accumulated brownie points from a few "Eddie Haskell" mod complements, such as above, hardly offset the dozens of asterisk post-edit insertions and trips to the WS with Mod Mel throughout the Chicken Thread....

I've always mentioned to DW that we could sell the homestead, get one of these primo RV units ($175K), pack up the Dobes and hit the road.....

(I like the small Sprinter based vs. the behemoth model RV's. I drove ships for 40 years and I don't want to drive one down the highways...)

Ahem.......I just want to state for the record, that Moderator Mel (Ma) is the best DT Moderator in a long line of distinguished DT moderators!
Mod Mel must handle daily some rowdy, and possibly unbalanced, DT members on the infamous Chicken Thread, which was founded by the Queen of Rowdy, "You Know Who"......

Six:
As far as good luck number meaning goes, the number six is auspicious in matters of love and relationships. This is because the number six is associated with the planet Venus who incites harmony and passion in our connections. The number six is also assigned to the Lovers card in the Tarot, which speaks to us about balanced relationships as well as open, honest communication. Consider the harmonic energy of number six for luck when engaging in new partnerships or relationships.

Seven:
One of my personal favorite lucky numbers, seven is auspicious in matters of scholarly achievement. Seven is also associated with spiritual, psychic and intellectual development. Itís the number of wisdom and higher reasoning. Seven is also a time-bound energy, it often signals good timing when seen in sequences. For example, if you see a series of seven in your day (on the clock, on bus tickets, license plates, room numbers, etc.) it often indicates good timing for scholarly/spiritual endeavors.

SD has just moved to the top of the CT list of favorites. But I'm opening up the competition for more entries.
