NO!!! Get your own, you moocher.

Never come between me and a good box of popcorn. At least right at the moment....I need to go eat dinner; it's getting late.

Ed. to add...I was talking about the popcorn, but you better keep your hands off of our dogs too (even the cattle dog). Get your own.

I suggest the most inconvenient day will be the new pup's arrival.

I am feeling Monday.

First thing in the morning.

No sleep for Rad THAT morning!

I got a $1.50 in the kitty!

LOL!!!!

Make it the 12th. Then your "pup" can share a birthday with McCoy (dog) and Gabriel (my grandson). We'll have big raucous parties. Lots of treats and SUGAR.

STJ!

OK, I'm taking submissions for the CT's official natal day pool:

Date of Nolan's birth:

SP Monday, September 10
4X4 Wednesday, September 12
MB Sunday, September 9 (have to call it on my niece's birthday--otherwise I would go with something a bit later)

Not sure what the prize will be yet....

You have a good point there SP ! With this - I will go with Sunday - about 1p.m. or so - Around the start of the Brickyard 500 !

Or it will be with 5 laps to go to the finish !

Hoss and I take a class through the local city classes.....we had to put together a routine............Hoss did a great job......he won first place ...I was so proud..........
That fat azz dog ...that attacked Hoss last week ...did some kind of Mexican hat dance ....and in the middle of his routine decided to rush up on the poodle next to us......this week...... as we were waiting..... I was standing versus sitting in a chair.........that pup was all slobbering and mouthing that poodle big time...owner freak’in out ..Hoss to the rescue......Hoss barked once big time ...did not advance toward the other dog....then low growl and froze next to me .......told him to stay ....and he did .....it worked...that dog stopped and opted to run back to his owner......the poodle’s Mom looked at me with a thank you and threw a treat to Hoss.......whew ......that class in now over........The instructor was surprised I was not signing up for her next class....I politely told her Hoss is trained but I only take classes to socialize in a controlled environment......and at this point I did not think her class offered a controlled environment. She looked at me puzzled.....and said OK....and off we went.
Thought to myself....Can’t fix stupid............she honestly appeared to have no idea what my concern was......I suspect these instructors have never experienced or witnessed a true dog fight........Oh well......will take a break and find a new class in October........
Hoss’s buddy Brutus was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and appears to have a faulty valve in his heart .......so should be home today....Brutus is feeling much better ...and no guarantees but they give him 6 to 12 months........so thanks for all the prayers ...and keep Brut on your list of prayers......at least his owner has some extra time with him........plan to have them play together soon...in house...nice and mellow.....hotdog party!!!

Hoss

Good morning chickens!

Still nothing. I think Nolan is taking some stubbornness lessons from his older brother (who seems pretty pleased with himself that he's still an only child, might I add)

I've been bouncing away, and trying to walk (waddle) Radar around a couple times a day, though the distance has become drastically shorter than usual

It was suggested to me to go get a pedicure and a massage, and maybe that will help, so I think I will try that this weekend to see if anything happens. I'm sending SO and the first born away to attend his dad's 80th birthday party this weekend, so maybe just the fact that it will be inconvenient with him being gone will make something happen too

If nothing else, at least I only have to waddle around for 6 more days, max.

That is true......catch up on your sleep......screw the chores....chores can wait till later...heard some stats recently....the average loss of sleep to a new parent is 750 hours....based on 8 hours per night = 2920.....average loss 750..thats 25 % loss of sleep...........I am sure there is some whipper snapper out there that will try to complicate my calculations .......not mentioning any names specifically......but you get my point..........well at least you have a due date in the horizon ...prevents you from having to due that special dance with the you know who ..............girls rule......and boys just drool !!!!

I'm going to have to side with LadyDi for the 11 Sept date for little Nolan's world debut.

This happens to be the same date of Nolan Ryan's first MLB debut (with NY Mets)!
