Keep this thread going !!......daily entertinment...

Actually, I have a large black highly-motivated box crusher who will work, including significant overtime, for free. Must use a nosework harness and long line to achieve totally flat box results. I'll also throw in one experienced medium-sized red/white Styrofoam tech who will repackage the Styrofoam for free into perfect turd shapes for easy trash can packing/disposal.

*See photo below for details of the equipment to be provided.

***NOTE! Chocolate/white supervisor shown in the photo below does not provide any physically demanding services whatsoever but will need luxurious room and board.

Only ONE-TIME MINIMAL cost you is room and board for the handler and supervisor! WOOOOOW!!! Now how much would you pay?

You mean we’re supposed to be THINKING when we post stuff here? I don’t think (haha, pun) I can meet that specification.

Now about the box handling crew:

I’m thinking they might not be able to meet a tight schedule?? (see comment below) Things need to be on the curb by Monday morning. Travel time alone might make that inexecutable. (Yes, that is a word, even though DT’s system can't spell it.)

Anyway, I’ve got the boxes crushed for recycling (Would they help me drag them out to the curb or is that not in their standard contract?)

But I have a pile of styrofoam inserts approximately 10 feet in diameter and 3 feet high in my garage. I tried tromping around in the pile to smash it down to put into garbage bags. I found out there is a reason they pack fragile things with molded styrofoam inserts--they can’t be crushed.

Comment: When I looked up "tight schedule" to see if there was a more erudite (synonym for erudite is “high brow”) way to put it, I could only find examples of how to use the word “tight”. For instance:"muffin top--informal term used to describe the flab in the abdominal area rolling over tight clothes."

I refuse to go there.

You are needy, Atomic!

I had to transport a co-worker to and from work today, because her FORD "truck" is in the shop. I said truck again. She has back issues and on the way home I had to get her cigs for her, while she guarded my running truck. She is a Princess, and I remind her of this everyday! Very sarcastically.

Have I won the "truck' word competition yet?

Cluck, cluck, cluck.

Oops! I meant truck, truck, truck.

I remember 8 track tapes! My Dad played Hugo Montenegro 8 tracks on his 78-ish Cobalt ski boat. Spent a lot of that first summer listening to Hugo. I think I learned how to ski that first summer! I still like Hugo and people look at me and ask, "Who?"

Dang! I am so old!

Snow board. Wide ski. One ski is fine so long as it is VERY wide.

No ford here always had positive results with GM so I'm happy there. I'm buying a vehicle soon and what I REALLY want is a nice crew cab 1500 but I foresee an SUV with better mileage

But what good are snow skis going to do me on a lake? I think they are called wake boards, these days. Never tried one. They look like they would make my knees hurt for a long time after trying.

One water ski is all one needs. If one has to digress to two skis, water skiing days are over!

How is everyone this wet, sloppy Saturday. And, don't tell me it's all sun shiny where you are. Don't do it!

I can only manage 2 Princesses at a time. Lily and my co-worker.

You can still be my friend though.

I love my GM products, as well!

I would love to hear that story!

BTW

My work place had a pet adoption greet and meet. There was a huge lop eared, buff colored, rabbit. He was so cute and so friendly. And, curious! He wasn't up for adoption, they just brought him along for show. Now I get your donkey costume! That rabbit's ears were much longer though.

Well, I DID hand them over to the ex (they were boxes for his stuff, after all) and HE had to put them in HIS dumpster.

Things you need to know:

1. My ex is very close to being a hoarder.
2. He moved out of the house about 4 1/2 years ago, with only the things he actually had to have to live on his own.

How to resolve this issue?

1. Threaten to call any property of his left in my house “abandoned", and claim it as MY property to dispose of as I want
(which unfortunately, I can’t do without legal authority).
2. Threaten legal action--where he would lose (slam dunk case).
3. Make him aware that he would have to pay MY court fees as well as his own.

Add a few extra steps:

1. Leave some unattended boxes of his stuff on his apartment doorstep.
2. Hold his 6 classical guitars (worth $50,000) as ransom.

(Don’t mess with me, baby!)

And, hey presto!

Action.

Aside from that, truly, ours has actually been a rather amicable divorce. Considering......

I HAD to do it!

"Well, first of all I recommend two skis at your age. Plus a few pieces of extra equipment..."

My extra equipment would include, a cooler, beer and a Red Solo Cup.

Stop clubbing me!

And, I am NOT from Oklahoma. I am just using Oklahoma...
