Princess Lily is a shed-er, as well. Where does all the hair come from? She's only 15 pounds! Vacuum one room and the bag is full! No dirt! Just fur!

My guess--if you sell on commission, the sale falls through if the credit app is denied????

My credit score is excellent, but I don’t need a car right at the moment. Notice the phrase “right at the moment”. That one is literal. My existing one has 160,000 miles on it. It still is running very well, though, so I’m going to pretend I didn’t mention it so I won’t get jinxed.

TOYOTA’s, not Nissan’s.

Browsing through smileys, I think I found one SP might like.

I call it “waiting for JD"

^^ In the car flipping business:
- its never a vehicle sale, if the buyer doesn't have 2 nickles to rub together
- and their credit score, reflects this
- qualifying a potential buyer, has to be done...early in the business process
- or these flakes, just become a "huge time waster"

Agree MEL - Toyota's rock, my 17 y/o 4Runner, just turned 85,000 miles ... so good for another 20 years.
Wife's v6 RAV4 is 9 years old, with only 90,000 miles...so we are pretty much set, for years.
- that is why I never frequent Dealerships or Used Car Lots...haven't in 4 decades
- I always buy Used / private / quality brands / and in superb condition...I enjoy the hunt

SP would go broke, waiting on my type / but I have an excellent credit rating.
- I drive nice autos, on a peanut butter budget

@ Mel & Beau.

Hey! How about youze guys toss me your SSN's.(or whatever the equivalent is in Canada).
Heck, somebody should take advantage of those high credit ratings! Might as well be me.

STJ!

Oh, BTW.... My 18 yo Chevy Siiverado just reached 71,000 miles. I just had the original brakes redone. It has never had a tune-up and still drives like new.

SSN's in the USA / SIN in Canada (Social Insurance Number)...means the same.

STJ - I've read what you drive and in your auto stable / my SSN, wouldn't help you much...LOL

Looks like SP, can't sell you a another truck either:
- 18 y/o Chevy and just lost the new car smell...just broken in now
- whats a Girl, suppose to do ??

That's what I have been trying to tell you all.

I make commission off just the sale of the car, cash or finance. And, if it's a Finance deal and it's my credit application to run, I get a cut off of that if the customer chooses to use the bank I chose and any product I sell. That's why I want to sell you all stuff! But, obviously according to this thread, here I just sell BS.

LOL

SP - the shaming tactic ain't gonna work on me...
- but thks. for sharing credit app details...I get it now

Our city lost 80% of its manufacturing base (decent paying jobs), since 2008 crash / even a Ford plant.
- its tough on small business everywhere
- one of my best friends, owns a garage & used car lot
- inventory doesn't move, like it use to...the Govn. just adds & adds, more red tape / till the Fun is gone

SN2 is the DDN's, I am assuming SN2 stood for Stupid Neighbor 2, actually the ones with the goats are the SN1's. The neighbor that I suspect shot Dom, would be SN2. Then, there is GN, good neighbor, to the East of me and nothing but cows to the West of me.

Did that clear things up?

Probably not.

The JD didn't come back today. They found more electrical issues.

I just wanted to say that I don't think extended warranties are BS. I bought my truck outside of my company and dang sure took Gap insurance and a warranty. Either they pay off or they don't.

Just like paying car insurance. One may never need to use their car insurance, but they still have pay. I do think it sucks that insurance companies can rate your insurance based on your credit, though. After all, it's required by law to have it. Such a racket!

John - ever try Rhubarb & Raspberry pie ? / balances out the sourness, its simply "a slice of heaven".

We can't expect home made pie for each of our tastes:
- or SP will be spending to much time baking
- and she may burn our chicken dinners, to a crisp

Pecan is good; cheesecake will do. Almost anything with meringue on top. Cherry pie. Not mincemeat. Not coconut cream--unless you use fresh coconut, you might as well sprinkle grated styrofoam on top.

Anyway, you may need several different kinds, since there are a lot of us coming.

And just noticed my mis-spelling "Kill two birds with one tone.” Ahem.....done on purpose....my singing knocks folks out, every time.

NB (GJ?) I forgot to say thanks for the pictures. Are they of SP’s property?

Because if they are I don’t see any thistles...well, maybe one in the first picture...you should come to my yard if you want to see thistles the Canada kind (on the side of the house where no one goes except my son who goes out in the middle of the night to rescue baby bunnies who fall into his window well and can’t get out and complains because he is barefoot about stepping on the thistles which have been mowed but are still there only short and still prickly) that’s how I know nothing kills them.

....breathe, rest fingers...

See, I can do it too. Only I think I am quite not as good at incoherence as SP. Gotta practice.

Now where was I (SP’s flight of ideas is infectious)....

Oh, thanks for the pictures, NoBite.

Denny must be running those credit apps. BTW, just checked my FICO credit score after reading this thread. 835.... Woot! Man, I must be Bill Gates. Nope, actually just a cheapskate who hates being in debt. LOL

Man! There is a lot to talk, incoherently, about since I got home and my Deere was here!

First, I had The Mister take pics of me hugging and kissing it. He was grumbling because he had greasy hands and trying to fix his van to sell it and daylight is burning. I let him use my phone, then forwarded the pics to GJ.

The pics of the power lines are on my property. I was trying to catch a pic of the black buzzards sitting on top of it. That is the South side of my property.

THE thistles are on the West side of my property. I am not bugging GJ for more pics tonight. I've already bugged him for the pics of me kissing my mower.

So, happy I am off this weekend so I can mow, mow, mow! $72.25 is what the fix cost. I am so happy!

There is no damn chicken dinner here. The girls haven't even started laying yet, you meanies! Give the girls a chance to grow up...

What the?

What other smarty remarks did I miss?

I'll go back and look later.

Oh! And, I got 2 good credit apps today!

You would most likely get a 2.99 APR depending upon your debt to income ratio.

Good Job, BJ!
