Just looked it up....

"However, on average, more than 40 percent of what American beer drinkers pay for a beer goes toward federal, state and local taxes—from excise to consumption to sales taxes, as well as the normal business taxes."

I had no idea I was giving so much money to the government. Guess I'll have to develop a taste for lemonade.

47% is probably only the Hidden Tax...
- plus add another 13% Sales Tax (5% Federal / 8% Provincial), on top of the Retail Price

Is the gov that short on money or is some of this a "sin" tax?

We have an out of control Social-Left Govn. spending - here in ON, 5x the debt load of California...yes, that serious.
- solar & wind turbines, wasted billions & drove up our electric rates to probably 3x normal
- this January 1st Minimum Wage went from $11.30 to $14/hour and $15 in 2019...province wide
- business closing or moving / can't compete with Trump Tax plan
- 2019 their implementing new Carbon Tax BS...gonna kill the golden goose, of private industry
- just no stop to the mental agenda here

SP - ^^ Both of these TIPS, will work on you cracked/busted John Deere garden tractor hood.

The green duct tape is holding it together, rather well. So, hows about I leave it like it is and then go buy a new hood when the tape fails? The hood price is easily understandable. It's the decal prices that are hard to justify.

Renovation:
Beau been fixing a shower door leak, that blistered the adjacent paint, on the plaster wall.
- had to realign the glass door, to restore the bottom door fit
- calk the bottom corner, on the grout...to stop water bleed, into adjacent wall
- remove the water damaged plaster
- skim plaster with Durabond 90 and sand out level / so 5.5" high maple baseboard, lays flat
- oil based urethane, the base moulding
- painted wall repair today

Photo of B67's completed bathroom remodel / how did I do gang ??
