Late breaking stupid neighbor news!!!!

Saw them tow a tractor in this morning and now it's off the trailer and has post hole digger!

Could they possibly be remotely trying to be good neighbors?

I wish Mister was here to see this.

He would probably say they are doing it all wrong.

Until I see the finished product, I am not going to disagree with him.

Scotts been watching this network called “grit” and it has a lot of really old western shows.
Some of those dudes are really , shall we say, handy.
Great times even if its only a pretend movie.
I was just telling Scott yesterday I can only imagine what it would have been like in the old west times.
Men, women, booze, and guns.
GUNS while drinking????
Spock how did they deal with this in Texas .....the guns I mean in the old days.
Did you have to leave your guns at check in before you went into the saloon?
That sounds risky!

Where’s AJ ?
Doc did you kiss him off again?

I do not like this mystery person.
Mystery person is stealing our precious time with her.
What shall we do about this?
We could say cuss words.....that would create a good distraction that would bring her to us pronto.

I have been silent for days as I've watched my state be center stage in the news. I've been speechless, for the most part, not knowing initially how to respond as, yet again, there was a senseless death at the hands of the police. As the realities of racism in this country was made stark. As I again didn't know what to say or how to help or what to do.

I watched the fairly peaceful protests start and I felt the sadness and anger and I know how justified it is, because this keeps happening, and NOTHING CHANGES. I don't know how we can stand by and watch this happen in this country, over and over and over. I really don't.

And now there is violence everywhere, and so many people think that it's the people who are protesting the death of George Floyd and the many, many others, and I want you all to know and understand that it isn't. And I want you to share that and correct every single person who thinks it. There are people coming into my state and taking advantage of this horrific tragedy to incite violence. They've burned businesses, they've looted, and they've set this entire country on fire with riots. It's NOT the protestors who were, yes, angry, but they are not the ones rioting. Post after post after post from people on the ground in the neighborhoods disproves it. Our mayors and our governors have confirmed it. Anarchists and white supremacist groups have come in and taken advantage of tragedy for their own agenda.

I am angry and I am desperately sad for this country. And I really, really hope you are too. I hope that you aren't sitting silently.

So that's the state of things here. I'm sorry I can't "keep it light" right now. The world is on fire. https://bringmethenews.com/minnesota...re-to-our-city

I get what you are trying convey.

It's a touchy subject.

My Ex co-worker is really disturbed by the incident. He comes from a cop family and clearly sees what happened was wrong.

I hear you.

Where is BeauBear?

Got an inquiry on my Chevy.

I was taking a nap and Mister came home and woke me up.

Said the people that were over at my neighbors with the towed in tractor hit the mailboxes. How do you hit a row of mailboxes unless you are incompetent?

Any how, then Mister asked me how much I want for the Chevy.

$2000 FIRM, as is, and if you don't want to buy it then don't buy it!

It's a really good truck.

Sorry.

That was a little bit of a rant and lot heartbreak.

I surprised they allow kegerator coolers in a medical office!

Why don't you have the tap mounted, is it a hidden type folded away in the top recess?

Thanks MeadowCat--if you haven't heard--Portland, Oregon had one of the worst of the marches gone bad--the on the scene CBS news people were continuously saying how shocking it was to see in Portland--they couldn't believe it was happening. I though of you as I watched Portland dissolve into madness. I can honestly say I haven't seen anything like it since the first and second Watt's riots in Los Angeles. And the aftermath this morning from downtown Portland looks pretty much like huge areas of Watts ( a Los Angeles area for anyone who is too young to remember them.)

The thing that bothers me the most is that for several years now Portland has been attracting not quite, law abiding protesters but exactly what we saw last night her--crazy people who are just out to wreak havok. Trashing you own city does nothing to alter the kind of behavior that ends up with a man dead which should never have happened and with not just Portland but cities across the United States in ruins--many of them.
Your mayor and Portland's mayor had pretty much the same thing to say--nothing is every served by indulging in this kind of violence--it serves no purpose.

I'm sorry it was your state this time MeadowCat--the Watt's riots (well the second on at least) was triggered by the brutal beating of a black man by the LA police. In both of those riots the destruction was terrible, many people who had nothing to do with any part of it were hurt and it took years to clean up the mess--the biggest mess was made breaking into, tearing up and looting in businesses owner by the residents of the area.

No purpose was served either in Los Angeles (Watt's nor in the response that has occurred in reaction to the Minnesota disaster.

I'm so sorry MeadowCat--I hate responses like this--they serve no purpose except to create even further animosity.

Human Resources, I think, Bug. Unless SP is being more cryptic than usual.

From Wiki:
A human resources manager has several functions in a company.

[I'm listing the ones which seem to be applicable here]

Determine Do's & Dont's.
Focus on positives.
Establish 'Discipline work culture' in the organization.
Avoid Politics in office.
Ensure high performance.
Deal with performance issues.
Push the employees' motivation.
Mediate disputes internally.
Upgrade learning knowledge of employees.

Think moderator. Unfortunately I seem to be totally unqualified.

"Managers need to develop their interpersonal skills to be effective."

Sorry, SP...with this virus thing, all of the cards are on backorder. You'll have to make do with what you've got already. If your larder is bare, you'll just have to stay out of trouble for a bit.

Right!

Except HR is for the company, not for the employee.

In my experiences you better go to HR with something really serious. Otherwise, you are on their poopy list! Labled as a trouble maker!

The RIOTS start off being staged (largely)...but once the windows in store fronts break, the MOD Mentality take off....for the 5 finger discount.

Since Trump was elected in 2016, he put a big dent in the World Order Agenda 2021 / Agenda 2030 & Deep State corruption practices.
- why the CV19 virus was let loose...to shut down everything (currently) / ahead of Elections
- since Trump never let MSM 24/7 hurt his popularity
- and Trump didn't crash the Stock Market
- and Trumps Impeachment, backfired
- and Trump brought back, the lowest unemployment...in 50 years, for whites, blacks, and everyone
- made arrests on child trafficking, via Elites
- he took over the Federal Reserve / and shitting down World Banks, controlled by the Illuminati families

After this Virus failed to cripple Donald's chances, in the 2020 re-election.
- Race Tension & Race Baiting...is the Democrats, last chance to Hurt him

- since Joe Biden is useless

I wish BJ was hanging out with us right now.

I pulled a Nancy on him.

Got pissed off with my old vacuum cleaner and went and bought a new one!

I don't like to switch brands but that is how PO'd I was. Grabbed a Shark. Wally World didn't have many to choose from. Shelves were empty.

I had finally just gotten Mister around to helping me move furniture.

I had to break my lurk-only rule for this...

Beau, please, please stop with the world order/ Illuminati BS and yeah, that is what it is. If you want to believe in it, fine, more power to you but for the love of Pete, stop spreading that poison here. It's sickening and juvenile.
If you want to engage about the man-child that is our commander in chief, feel free to email me at [email protected]. You won't enjoy it, but at least it'll let these folks talk about fans, pickup trucks, and wall paper removal.

Have a nice day.
