SP, I hope the “Mombrod thing is a mis-print.

Because my hair is already gray enough getting my kids all grown up. And seems like you might have a ways to go still.

MEL - gray hair is the "New Sexy- the whiter the better", and looks good on women...

My pops was 1/2 gray at age 23, when he got married / his only brother was bald.
- pick your poison, its an easy choice
- I'm very happy to have light gray hair & a short cut beard, to match...it don't get any better folks

Beau in his early 30's - a manager friend (at office) asked me: "Larry, you got paint in your hair"?
- I laughed, "heck no its gray & I'm proud of it"
- than I proceeded to tell him: "I had a 50% chance of going bald, and the gene pool was in my favor"
- I looked back at the bald (as a cue ball) manager, who said: "I'd be happy with gray hair to"

How depressing.

90 days until Spring...

Abhor, fall and winter!

But, then again, the snakes aren't in the coop!

And, then, I start pining for snakes to mow!

What?

I are confused!

MEL - wait for the B67 reply / got to look up the meaning of prolix ...

If someone likes to talk but they're really boring, they've got prolixity. It's not something to be proud of. Prolixity means about the same thing as long-windedness. If someone is yammering on and on and on — that's an example of prolixity.

Now I have the SP-syndrome ...Beau now confused MEL ^^

I Heard a Bird Sing
by
Oliver Herford

"I heard a bird sing
In the dark of December.
A magical thing
And sweet to remember.

"We are nearer to Spring
Than we were in September,”
I heard a bird sing
In the dark of December."

Do chickens sing?

Prolixity--it’s in my motto. “Eschew Prolixity” So you can look up “eschew" too. Though it is more of an admonition to me, not something I do successfully.

Prolixity is yammering on and on in a technical way--pedantry. A prolix teacher...boring. The listener’s (reader’s) tune-out is inevitable.

Eschew - Legal jargon, "that don't impress me much" ... like Shania Twain would sing, to her chickens
