Okay, I clicked.

Ha Ha!

Can't comment on that, as I will get banned from DT.

The girls are slacking at egg production. Slackers!

Nothing else going on, except my neighbors are jerks!

Would someone, Please, buy them out???

FUDD Time:
When Beau went to Eng. College (mid. 1970's) we had a few good jokers, in class.
- often the class was sitting down, at our desks / before the professor showed up

One guy invented the "black board FUDD" and the blackboards slid sideways, once full of writings.
- so before the teacher showed up, he slid a blackboard segment over to expose the back one
- he'd draw his airplane FUDD, vacation FUDD, work FUDD, leisure FUDD, dating FUDD, playboy FUDD, etc.
- and coverup the FUDD chalk Art, with the front blackboard...before returning to his desk

Once the teacher was 1/2 way through the study material and the front blackboard were full / he move the slate sideways...exposing the hidden FUDD...
- majority of the professors laughed / a few got down right pi*sed off
- the one lad, prank'ed every teacher we had...always fun to have a supply teacher

Inquiring minds want to know!

Well SP - We spent this whole week finishing drying corn - then clean up ! That my friend is a BIG job- Like clean up around the dump pit ( Where we unload the semi's ) The dryer - all around the bins - I have a company come in and wash the combine and catch cart - clean up the Deere - You name it - takes a whole week to do - Got done around 5 pm on Friday - Then I came home and finally put this season in the books - + a 6 pack !!!!

Nov. Dec are 2 of my busiest months - I have tax work - order seed , chemicals - fert. I also have my commercial license for spraying crops and have a very small custom business - so I attend recurrent training classes - which are required to hold my license - Then I have a semi that's over the road - we mainly haul feed ingredients - Like Beet pulp pellets - chicken by-product meal , pork, meat by-product meal , plus some organic corn and wheat + all my corn and beans that go to a ethanol plant to the North . I have to put the loads together - I have spent a whole day before - talking , checking load board on the computer -to brokers from NY to SD seeing what they have and where it needs to go and drop times . Would like to add 2 or 3 more trucks , but it's VERY hard to find a driver that would work out for me .

I also do full field studies with Purdue - So we have a meeting or 2 to figure out what we might be looking at for the next season - this takes time to put together .

Well that's a start on what going on here - lol

Well better get down off the top of this pole ! wind is really picking up and the lighting is getting pretty close

..Ken

Thanks ECIN!

That all reminds me of the fun I had working at the grain elevator scale house! Thank you!

"Just wondering - When do's everybody get up ?? NOON ? just shaken my head here !"

I woke up around 8:30, The Mister was already up. He asked me when I was going to go out and feed the girls. I told him I wasn't, he was.

I better get some insulated coveralls for Christmas!

It's all Beau's fault! It's blustery today, and I strongly dislike it.

I was up at 4:30. After lazing around for a few hours reading, took off to do some errands. Just got back, changed the windshield wipers (I have to relearn how every time I do that--stupid plastic clamps) and was back in the house by 10:00 anyway. But Iím not glued to my computer like some folks are, I guess.

ECIN--my version of farming is to head out to the veggie garden with a hoe and a basket. You put me to shame.

I'm back - Kelly & Misses went cross boarder shopping today, in Port Huron, MI.
- parcel pickup (misc. & Xmas) / Amazon & stuff
- K10 at KFC & one K10 to take home (all chicken pieces - center breasts) ... hate their corn bread though
- Kroger's groceries
- Krogers gas fill-up in RAV4 (took $25 US$ to fill-up & $35 Canadian to drive down to MI...so trip cost is only in time)
- headed to bridge / boarder guard waved us through, fairly quickly (can't bring back booze & cigs)...duty free trip
^^ 7 hour round trip.

Went to FedEx in MI to mail a defective product, back to Amazon.
- senior lady didn't know how to swipe her debit card (in machine) & worker lady said "strip down"
B67 had fun with that comment, had everyone in the post office depot busting a gut laughing.

PS - 5 years ago today, was headed home from IL, with 10 week old American puppy Kelly.
Beau. was up at 7:30 am.

Beau slinks across the border with a beautiful wife and good looking dog, right under the border patrol's nose's.
