I think the fish we used to catch that we called Bream is also called Bluegill?

Mainly bass, but every now and then, if the bass weren't biting, I'd go after crappie, bluegill, white bass, or stripers.
I've tasted Stripers. White Stripe? I think. It was tasty too.

Feel free to correct me.

When I was a kid, my family visited my parent's friends in Wisconsin and they had a lake house in Minnesota or vice versa. They took us to their lake house and I was fishing my little kid butt off! Catch every time. Blue Gills. I was fishing off the dock with my feet dangling in the water and little fish would come up and feed off my feet. The water was so beautiful and clear. Could see the Blue Gills biting the hook a little farther out in the lake in a rowboat with the hosts older daughter. It was awesome!

AJ,

How was Thanksgiving dinner with my family? I backed out. Still trying to mend fences with my Mother and a family gathering is not the way to do it. Too much attention directed at me. I am with 4X4. I like solitude.
To be honest , could not do it also...I had Dinner last night with my bro and sis in-law and she was a little uncomfortable that i declined all invitations and was alone...i ordered Tequila!

Yep ecstatic! I do hate nail bites though when it is Auburn playing. I would have liked it if they did the same thing Ohio St did!!! Congrats to them.

Fish - Bluegill, crappie - I think similar is what we called sunfish...looked it up and said something about red eared sunfish. Wiki says also known as the shellcracker, Georgia bream, cherry gill, chinquapin, improved bream, rouge ear sunfish and sun perch

I am okay with hanging out with my Bro and whatever girlfriend he has at the moment. But, I don't like my business being delivered to my mother. I am sure he tries hard to contain himself, but my mother likes to use things she thinks she knows against me. My brother is the favorite and I am the black sheep, which is just fine with me. Bro and I are just now starting to talk. He's the one that supplied my camera system. It's sporadic when we interact.

Lots of mending to do in my family.

My Dad tries to stay out of crap and mom is a control freak. I feel sorry for him.

Aren't you all curious about The Text?

I'd rather talk about that.

Fine!

You all aren't begging me for the text but I am going to post it anyway.

I ask you, what does this response have to do with the Rifleman DVD theft?

This is what she does each and every time. Totally off and around the subject at hand.

"And I'm not being sarcastic about the black dog. seriously if you have a gun shoot them. I think they're just some Strays that the neighbors took in and the reason they stay over there most the time is because the black male dog stays around their female dog that isn't fixed but recently she went out of heat. Kids aren't home today so they wouldn't have to deal with any issues as far as they know dogs went missing. You know how kids are if they get attached to any Little Critter. I've had them bathe the black dog before because it seems to have a skunk friend literally just about every other day that thing gets skunked and set right up on our porch I want it gone too. Best time to shoot them would be today because as far as I'm aware no ones kids are even home. If it's goats then I just got my sister to wake up and she didn't know the gate was even open supposed to be closed she's
getting dressed but I know that doesn't keep the dogs in
Thank you for using Picture and Video Messaging by U.S. Cellular. See www.uscellular.com for info."

There was no subject before or after the note on the mailbox.

She's cray cray!

I never mentioned anything about dogs.

I figured if I didn't ask, you would eventually break down and tell us all anyway.

Of course, you could stop the debating about what kind of fish they are by calling them "panfish". Because I believe all of these varieties would qualify.

I guess it was your reference to the rifleman that got her talking about shooting dogs.

Is that your chicken coop skunk that's spraying the black dog?

As far as I can tell no dogs have been skunked. Once in a while the skunk comes over here and skunks up the place. But I haven't mentioned any skunk activity to her, we don't talk. She's too lazy to talk. She sends her "foster" kid out to open and shut the gate. Which they are FINALLY doing on a regular basis. I've only talked to you all and work people about the skunk.

In the past she's spouted stuff off about dead puppies under a blue house, insinuating me. There is only a faded blue trailer that has been added onto to the East of me. I don't know what that would have to do with me. I think she is vaguely referring to Dominic, the dog that used to live here. Other than that, I don't know what black dog she's talking about.

She is effing nuts!

I am waiting on her to make a comment about where my horse went. I will go OFF if she does.

She better not go there!

Just so you know. The skunk hasn't sprayed around here. It's just the odor it leaves behind when it hangs out.

It hasn't been here for a couple of weeks.

Merry Christmas to me!
