falnfenix My usual rec is Blackthorn out of Virginia. She breeds primarily bicolors, and all working dogs. I've seen her dogs at events and I've gotten the opportunity to train one of her puppy owners, PLUS a friend has one of her dogs. Gorgeous, even-tempered, healthy dogs.

She's worth the trek.

I have a friend looking for a well bred shepherd out of working lines. Health and drives are important as she wants to use the dog for various sports. She keeps linking my backyard breeders and I'm trying to steer her into better quality. She has a shepherd that she has been training for years but it came from a less than stellar breeder. She knows better now!
