Here was the deal - The neighbor was mowing his yard - when I pulled in to work on my mow - here him comes to BS - I got in the truck and left before he got there - then he did it again and I left - He knows I don't want ANYBODY around the barns .
I needed to run over to the shop and get some tools - the guy that mows mom and dads place was there - yes -- mowing - he loves to come over to the shop and talk - so I turned around and went back to my old barn - then here comes the neighbor - again - got back in the truck and went to the shop - again - the guy was loading up his mow - so --- I waited till he left and got what I needed - then back to my place - By now it was getting later - just went home and got cleaned up and sat outside with Kadin .
I hate to be mean to anybody - But I have just about had enough of people bugging - pun intended -
Sorry - this may sound sort of a SP rant

I never really paid that much attention to Mocha's ears as I have lately.
Your vet did a great job.
Her ears are so pretty.

It doesn't hurt. Just irritating.
Mister could easily yank it out.
My appetite has been off for a while, and my lasagna will go to waste because I can't eat it.
So, maybe I will use this to my advantage.
I will clean the kitchen tomorrow and lay the ingredients out. And hand him the recipe!

I am so bored! |
It's a weekday night and I can't challenge to kick Mister's A$$ at something.
I don't even like Pogo.com anymore.
I like my CT friends, though!

So, Mister came home from work and was getting all pretty. |
I walked in the bedroom and asked him what her name was.
He said he was going to get something to eat. I tried to send him with a grocery list. He told me that he was leaving and to get dressed. So I begrudgingly took my sheep jammies off and put on some jeans and mud boots. I only agreed to this to make sure my truck still starts.
I got my canned tomatoes and cheese!
It was a rough day at the office today!
I am plumb wore out!

Where is Twister?
Isn't he gorgeous?
Can you smell him Lannie?

I would do the same damn thing.
Your neighbor's deck is way to close for my comfort. "Hey Jack! How's is going? Whatcha cooking over there?"

They don't raise my blood pressure!

Can you send me (pm) the code/url of the picture you've been trying to post?

I have been trying to post a pic for most of the day and I get an error that says DT has blocked me?
I've been good lately!

Patio deck shaping up nicely with the added plants!
Question TN? Who hauled those heavy half-barrel planters w/dirt up the two flights of stair to your deck. I thought you had a bad back?
I did similar job yesterday, re-potting, adding fertilizer and soil to all the potted plants in backyard. I've got a huge Aloe Vera plant almost toppling over I was going to put in ground, but changed my mind after seeing this video:
Extracting Aloe Vera Gel From Plant
Neighbor gave me a giant, surplus pot she had for this behemoth plant.
Today, I went to HD in rain to pickup some 12" concrete paver stepping stones to stack under our Hibiscus pots. For some reason this spring, both Dobes decided they love to graze the leaves off the Hibiscus daily. I want to raise up the plants about 12" to prevent this new bad habit, before adding supplemental soil, etc. to these pots.
Once we decide on stack pattern, squared or spread, I have some exterior thin-set mortar to hold the stack together to prevent toppling by an inadvertent Dobe collision, during a squirrel alert!

The Mother in Law's Tongues are the two things with the long spiky yellow and green leaves next to the honeysuckle. |
It just started snowing here. Not hard, but it is starting to stick.

Are those two on the right end clematis? |
I see the Mother-in-Law's Tongues, maybe a Spathiphyllum?? What all do you have?

This afternoon I mowed the lawn, dug up one of our old forsythias, and planted 2 butterfly bushes. It was a gorgeous spring day and Mocha came out to supervise me while I was digging and planting. |
Then my wife and I decided to bring all the plants out from the garage storage room where they were kept over the winter. Knowing my wife, she'll have the entire deck looking like a jungle by May

From my years of watching lawn bunnies--I sometimes see them at quite a distance and can't really tell how big they are, hence how old they are. The ears are the key. They get longer in comparison to the bunny's head. The shorter the ear, the younger the little guy is.
At least for cottontail rabbits.
There. My words of wisdom for the day.

I had a priority appointment to pull a molar (dead with an abscess under the roots)--the day that Portland put the first of the voluntary stay home and close down everything that isn't essential service I got a robo call that they were cancelling the appointment and would call me to reset. (Mine was no longer a priority because I wasn't in pain...Rats!

I think you'll just have to take a trip there!
I will never forget my first bus ride on the public bus in Greece. There were two people taking tickets, and it was so puzzling...why in the world? There was no need for two people. And then we understood that everyone in Greece who wanted a job was guaranteed a job...thus, two ticket takers. Wow. Different world!
