4x4bike ped Hi and welcome from the Pacific NW.

A vet visit may be in order if you are concerned. My first though would be Demodectic Mange. It is caused by tiny mites and very easily diagnosed using a simple skin scrape. Treatable if it does not go away on its own

Or it could be a minor Staph infection. Common in young Dobes.

Me? Unless it is causing your pup discomfort or it gets worse rather than better, I would tend to take a "wait and see" approach.

Small hair loss spots on neck

Has anyone noticed this on their dog? My dobie is a neutered male, 1.5 years old. I recently switched flavor of the same brand of dog food and noticed one or two dots, but a week later I see more. I wasn’t sure if he was just playing rough with other dogs at dogcare or if this was an allergic reaction . Any advice?
