Thanks,

Yeah - hate it when a good show ends....particularly if there is still good material to be shown.

Big Iron - Marty Robbins https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3aCU1gYop0

To the town of Agua Fria rode a stranger one fine day
Hardly spoke to folks around him didn't have too much to say
No one dared to ask his business no one dared to make a slip
For the stranger there among them had a big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip

It was early in the morning when he rode into the town
He came riding from the south side slowly lookin' all around
He's an outlaw loose and running came the whisper from each lip
And he's here to do some business with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip

In this town there lived an outlaw by the name of Texas Red
Many men had tried to take him and that many men were dead
He was vicious and a killer though a youth of twenty four
And the notches on his pistol numbered one and nineteen more
One and nineteen more

Now the stranger started talking made it plain to folks around
Was an Arizona ranger wouldn't be too long in town
He came here to take an outlaw back alive or maybe dead
And he said it didn't matter he was after Texas Red
After Texas Red

Wasn't long before the story was relayed to Texas Red
But the outlaw didn't worry men that tried before were dead
Twenty men had tried to take him twenty men had made a slip
Twenty one would be the ranger with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip

The morning passed so quickly it was time for them to meet
It was twenty past eleven when they walked out in the street
Folks were watching from the windows every-body held their breath
They knew this handsome ranger was about to meet his death
About to meet his death

There was forty feet between them when they stopped to make their play
And the swiftness of the ranger is still talked about today
Texas Red had not cleared leather fore a bullet fairly ripped
And the ranger's aim was deadly with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip

It was over in a moment and the folks had gathered round
There before them lay the body of the outlaw on the ground
Oh he might have went on living but he made one fatal slip
When he tried to match the ranger with the big iron on his hip
Big iron on his hip

Big iron Big iron

When he tried to match the ranger with the big iron on his hip

Big iron on his hip

I have to drop Coco our Shih Tzu off later to get his hair cut, and after I drop him off I'm headed to Lowes to see if they have any straw left. While I'm there I'm going to pick up a metal blade for my reciprocating saw...we have 4 lawn chairs that have seen better days and since I don't have a truck to take them to the dump I'm going to cut them into small pieces which I can put in the back of the TNmobile for dumpster dumping. I also have to prune back our hydrangeas, butterfly bushes, and rose bushes this weekend. Sunday morning I have to get up EARLY because I volunteered to cook a 20 pound turkey for our church (early) Thanksgiving lunch. Aside from that, I plan on watching season 4 of 'The Man in the High Castle' and that'll pretty much be my weekend

Hi TN - we were looking into watching The Man in the High Castle next....since you are in season 4, I assume it is worth watching?

melbrod We supposed to get maybe 1-2 inches of snow (60 % chance) and then be clear by mid day. So there's about 5" on the ground right now and it's still snowing. Lightly, though, so it may almost be over.

Schools closed though. A nice long weekend for the tykes.

Yeah, that's the model with available cutting edge "Chinese Reliable Autopark Mode" (CRAM) option- nice!

But, I think your Mrs. still might prefer the pink colored one for rural Indiana!....

Hey Kenny, is that a Chinese import? ...a big SUV? I'm not familiar with that model...

Update- Found a pic of the Taiho SUV assembly line. Looks a bit smaller than our US SUV's, but are Multi Fuel Compatible...
They even run on used soy, peanut or fish oil! Impressive!

TNfisher Good morning everyone

Rained like the dickens all night long, woke me up a few times (light sleeper). Took Mocha out this morning and saw that some of my grass seeds and straw right beside the deck had floated downstream so back to the drawing board
Mocha was not amused at having to go potty in the cold rain and having to get her feet wet.

Using the DT forum Default Posts/Page (25), we're still on Page 999 this morning. You can change under CP > Setting & Options > Edit Options

As they say: "Get on the Same Page as the Rest of the CT, Beau!"

So at that rate, we might reach 1000 pages today, 2-days early!

Long nails my DW have always perplexes me...

She has natural colored, beautiful, long nails which she gets manicured once/ month:

However, she can't push screen buttons on smartphone, so I got her hybrid stylus...

She can't pry open lids or packaging- might risk damaging precious nails...

Can't pick up a coin off table, no grip....

Can't do gardening, nails collect dirt...

Only major advantage to long nails is that dogs love them for neck and butt scratches!

Only other "use" is to attract men, or fight off men, but she already has her a man, for the past three decades...

Go figure???
